Filled with natural light and designed with a cozy coastal feel, this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental is the perfect choice for a relaxing Florida beach getaway.

The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with spectacular Gulf views throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, with seating for 4 at the dining table and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen peninsula. For an even better view, step out onto the large private Gulf-front balcony and enjoy your meals al fresco while listening to the waves roll in.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, and TV. The guest bedroom includes 2 double beds and a TV, while the living room offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or planning a romantic escape, this condo offers comfort, convenience, and an unforgettable beachfront setting.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Balcony access may be temporarily limited when work is being performed on your unit’s section, although most balconies remain available. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The pool is open from 4 PM to 10 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

Loved the location. At the moment, parking was across the street. Two critiques, couch not comfortable and windows in bedrooms wouldn’t stay open. I would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views and the convenient to the beach is exactly what we were looking for. It really met our expectations. However, the unit we stayed in was dirty. Sand everywhere. Chairs and table were filthy. We spent hours trying to clean it with no cleaning supplies given to us at the unit. No vacuum, no dustpan, no mop. One toilet paper per bathroom. We were extremely disappointed by this and by a tenant in the building kept harassing us by asking us if we lived there.
