Essential Stay Details
‣ Parking: Two (2) dedicated parking spaces are included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most spaces are designed for standard-size vehicles; please let us know if you have a non-standard vehicle so we can ensure a perfect fit.
‣ Cleaning: A one-time $950 deep-cleaning fee applies at the time of booking. Optional professional weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services can also be easily arranged on an hourly basis to suit your personal preferences.
‣ Booking Rates: As a proud Canadian company, our baseline rates are processed in CAD. While some international platforms may auto-convert prices to USD, a clear breakdown showing both currencies is provided on the final page before confirmation. We accept direct payments with all major credit cards except American Express.

‣ BC Rental Regulations: Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Rates shown are based on 12-month stays, but various other lengths of stay are offered. Please send us an email or a message via CheckedIn for a custom quote based on your preferred details.
‣ Smoke-Free Environment: All properties strictly enforce a $500 bylaw fine for smoking or vaping (including marijuana) anywhere inside the home or on the property premises.

‣ Cancellation Policy: We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation is refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Within 30 days of travel, the booking becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees are charged for schedule modifications, provided a 30-day written notice of your departure date is submitted.
