New for 2025! Welcome to Bay Princess 204 (Side unit) in bayfront building located midtown on 81 Street, Ocean City, Maryland, but still only a block away from the beach (right at a crosswalk). Your family of 8 will enjoy this lovely two bedroom, two bath condo that is the perfect retreat with soothing beachy neutrals throughout offering an open floor plan. A comfortable living room and separate dining area are adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up family meals. (The kitchen includes an automatic drip coffee maker and a Keurig) Enjoy the side balcony with amazing views of the marsh & bay, especially in the evenings when all of the sunset colors are painted in the western sky. The Bay Princess amenities include elevators for ease of access, bayfront outdoor pool with deck for sunbathing, outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach, and two parking spots. Wifi and cable are included. The bed sizes include a King in the primary. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed and a Double bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. Full sized washer and dryer are in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is some beach equipment: 6 beach chairs & a beach umbrella for guest use.
Property rents any 3 nights. Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping - two designated areas in parking lot for smoking . No pets permitted.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
