Apartment 40m2 for 2 people completely refurbished with all the necessary equipment - perfectly located in a very beautiful residence and in the most beautiful areas in the center of Paris - close to the Place du Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower. The departure of the boats on the Seine is very close and the Champs Elysées are 15 minutes walk. <br>Shops are nearby:<br>-a bakery-caterer <br>-a Franprix supermarket <br>-many cafes and restaurants with large terraces around the Place du Trocadéro facing the Eiffel Tower...<br>Located on the 6th floor with 2 elevators, the apartment is very quiet and very well secured. There is a concierge - caretaker at the entrance of the Residence during the day and night.<br>Access to the residence is done with a code or a badge and then a badge to access the elevator.<br>You will find in the apartment all the modern amenities for an ideal stay.<br>It is an apartment that is occupied a large part of the year by the owners and it has all the amenities that are at your disposal.

Couples trip to Paris

Location was convenient for seeing the Eiffel Tower. Other attractions were a bit far but the metro station is very close. The apartment itself was ok. Decor was outdated but matched the pics on the listing. Things that didn’t match the listing: NO dryer, washing machine did not drain (my husband is handy and fixed it but it was frustrating to have to deal with that), heater didn’t work (host later told us the radiator is turned off for the whole apartment building in summer…:but we were there at end of May when it was chilly and rainy), only 1/2 roll of toilet paper provided. Host told us to tell the concierge that we were friends of the family (in French). We didn’t appreciate having to lie. Apartment looked lived in with too much stuff on the shelves, etc. There was plenty of hanging space and drawers in the closets.

Dommage d’avoir reçu cette évaluation car l’appartement est refait à neuf ( il n’est absolument pas vieillot). Si Susan m’avait informé d’un problème je l’aurai immédiatement réglé ( notamment pour la machine à laver je pouvais faire intervenir une entreprise et pour le papier toilette il suffisait d’ouvrir le placard juste à côté pour trouver …). Sur une autre plate-forme j’ai reçu plus de 150 avis 5 étoiles !!

Un appartement bien placé. Calme appréciable, équipements complets. Tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie. Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable.
