This LUXURIOUS boutique hotel-style suite Forest Cottage makes for the perfect summer or winter getaway with a friend or partner. Situated right on the mountain, this is the first condo on the mountain making it close enough to every activity you have planned.

Please note that this single one-bedroom suite is part of a larger townhome that is 2970 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There may be Guests staying on the other side of the attached townhome.

The entrance to this suite is located separately from the main house and is completely private. It opens into a foyer that is fitted with a kitchenette, a microwave, washer, and dryer. This opens into a hallway that leads to the bathroom and bedroom.

The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and a plush Kirkland Sealy Signature Series mattress. Everything is new in 2022. The bed is a Pottery Barn headboard, hotel plush king-size pillows, fancy bedding, and sheets to give our guests the true feel of a luxury hotel stay with the comforts of home.

Wouldn't it be nice to not have to spend an excessive amount of time in the car? Well, don't you fret! That is exactly what you get when you stay at this perfectly located suite. This vacation rental is the first condo on the mountain and the front yard is touching the beginner slope!

Put your skis on and a few pushes get you to the lifts and gondola; at lunch and the end of the day, ski to the front door and walk to Apres skiing.

In the summer walk out your door to begin a hike to the summit of Bretton Woods to visit the new Rosebrook Lodge and expansive views of Mount Washington or walk to the Mount Washington Hotel for coffee in the morning or biking and hiking on the many trails.

Due to its unique location as the first condo on the mountain, this vacation rental suite offers sweeping views of the surrounding ski slopes and the gondola. For ski lovers, this suite is perfectly situated right next to the ski lifts - you can even see it skiing down the mountain.

Depending on how active you are and what season you choose for your visit, Bretton Woods offers a variety of activities like skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, fishing, biking, golfing, and more.

Take a morning stroll through the forest trails and experience the true meaning of becoming one with nature; indulge your senses in the sights and sounds of the forest as you watch the animals wake up. You will see a variety of wildlife like deers, pheasants, and ducks as they begin their day. Another fun activity with the family is riding on the Cog Railway to the top of Mt. With all restaurants in vacation locations, arrive early or chance waiting an hour to eat. Early means 4:30 or 4:45 pm sharp. 5:01 means the first tables are seated and you will be seated when the first round of diners are finished.

--We Offer a Fully Private, No-Contact Vacation Experience. Your safety is important to us. The check-in and check-out process is automated and we will provide your unique access code prior to your arrival.
--The home is 100% cleaned with a commercial airborne sterilizer, and the bedding is washed and sanitized. We are happy to welcome our guests and offer you a great experience for your next vacation. We can welcome all guests from New England. Per NH state COVID-19 requirements, we can also welcome those travelers from outside of New England who have been isolating for at least 14 days. If you are asymptomatic and have a negative COVID testing result, or if you have received a COVID vaccination, please let us know or contact me. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
--Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM. If early or late check-in/out is required, please send us a message.
--The owner will provide you with the wifi login information. The TV is pre-loaded with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Bring your passwords. There is a thermostat in the room you can control for heat and AC.
--Ski boots are never to be worn inside. Please remove boots and shoes outside and place them on the boot mat to protect the brand new carpet & floors.
--Upon check out, please remove & dispose of all open food from the refrigerator (unless left by the owner). It is fine to leave unopened food or beverages.
--Trash and recycling bags can be left in the foyer
--Please turn off lights upon departure
---Please do not smoke inside the condo---
--The property should be left in general picked-up condition. There is a vacuum in the closet.
--Please leave the fridge empty.
--No smoking Cannabis or tobacco or Vaping in the home. No open flames of any kind. The neighbors have smoke allergies and a $250.00 dollar fee will be charged if cannabis or tobacco smoke is present in the condo.
