Situated along a beautiful tree-lined residential street, this recently upgraded home is within minutes of Downtown Denver, Butterfly Pavilion, Big Dry Creek Trail, Orchard Town Center, Standley Lake & more! A great place for family & friends, you will love this home away from home in Westminster!
Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this two bedroom private home includes a full kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings.Spacious living room and separate suite has extra sleeping space with comfy sofa. Free on-street parking, smart HDTV, high-speed WiFi and keyless access.
Pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts will be open from memorial day through labor day.
The TV is temporarily unavailable.
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
