Home Away from Home -Ram Sea 309 is a SILVER rated CORNER two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 3rd floor vacation rental has a delightful decor and includes a private Gulf front balcony with a view of our sparkling sugar sand beach. Vacation rental 309 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat panel, color, cable televisions in living room and both bedrooms. Free wireless internet access.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Coin-operated laundries on the second and fourth floors of the building.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

No smoking. Saturday arrivals only in peak seasons. Two parking spaces. Maximum occupancy: 6.

CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best trip in a long time! King bed could stand o be replaced but overall the condo was perfect. Definitely enough towels and kitchen gadgets! They had everything you could need and the views from the corner room are spectacular!! They are still rebuilding the deck area and fencing but this is no reason for alarm, everything was great as is! We will definitely be back

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Roof work during our stay: we should have been informed about the roof repairs prior to our stay. It was loud at the pool level from the compressors and loud from the roof top with a lot of banging. Parking was limited due to the construction trucks. The Second Bedroom got really hot. No pool towels provided. Future renters be aware the Condo is not stocked with essentials like dish detergent, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, salt&pepper, etc. You will have to buy all of that.

Hello, So sorry you did not received the email notifications. I will look into that to see what happened to avoid this in the future, I do hope you were able to enjoy your visit. This is a self-catered vacation rental. You are correct, we do not supply those items. If the previous guests leaves non-perishables, we do leave those behind for you.
