The living area includes a new queen sleeper sofa, hidden twin ottoman bed, 52” TV with cable and DVD library, plus cozy new furnishings and patio seating (added Fall 2025). The king bedroom offers new bedding, a 42” TV with DVR, and a full bath with tub/shower.

Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig/12-cup coffee maker, new refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and all essentials. The dining table seats four and converts into a poker or pool table for added fun.

Resort-style amenities include a heated oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, BBQ grills, sundeck with new loungers, shaded gazebo, tennis court, shuffleboard, clubhouse, and coin laundry—all with stunning Atlantic views.
