Featuring a New King bed that comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests. and you can accommodate another on the sofa bed that folds out to Queen sized bed. The perfect place for couples or small families. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to your dinner in the remodeled well-equipped kitchen. Newly remodeled bathroom features a new walk-in shower Enjoy sitting on your private balcony taking in the views. The Islander Beach Resort features an 80-foot beachside pool (heated seasonally), deeded beach access, a fitness room, shuffleboard, and a BBQ grilling area. The room we had was nice. AMAZING VIEW of the beach. Only complaints are the elevator is very slow and the lighting in the walkways aren’t the best if any at all. The service upon check in/out was great. We didn’t have any issues while staying. The beach service guys are super nice!! If you are on the beach side you can see the fire works from the pier. Very quiet and clean.

The space was perfect for two. 4th floor end unit, had no outside noise. The kitchenette was stocked perfectly. The bed & linens were very comfortable. Just like we were sleeping in our own bed. The balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. That view was absolutely amazing. Guest services was awesome. Communication via text was very streamlined. We will be back, and will absolutely rent this unit again. Thank you for the accurate listing, it was perfect!

The room I perfect for a couple for two. Definitely do not use the stove to cook dinner. The stove took forever to heat up. Overall the room is at the end unit so it’s very quiet. The views from the balcony are absolutely incredible. It’s hard to complain when you are right on the beach. Would definitely go again!

Our stay at this rental was perfect for two. The listing was exactly as described, clean, modern, up to date and just perfect for us. The view was spectacular from the unit and balcony. Location wise, it was perfect for us as we like it more quiet than right in the hustle and bustle. Beach service with umbrella and chairs was awesome and convenient. We were so happy with the unit and would highly recommend to anyone looking to go to FWB/Destin area.

It is not the hosts fault and I know there is no way to police this but we could not enjoy our morning time or evening on the balcony due to cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke. I go to the beach about 4 times a year. I can say in all my trips I have never encountered so much smoke in all my life. I did not report it while I was there because they usually want you to find the person smoking. I am not the police. My wife has had major lung issues and is highly allergic to vapes, pot and cigarette smoke. Other than that it was a great condo and would recommend.

The room was nicely decorated, the view was great and the beach was amazing. However, I would not recommend for anyone wanting to cook meals. The kitchenette was tiny, the stovetop not very useful and the ice maker did not work. This was not a big deal since we had planned to eat out most meals.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute studio condo. Everything was clean, comfortable, and as described in the listing. We loved being right on the beach. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The only thing I would change would be more storage. I realize it was a studio (and that we more than likely brought more than we needed ), but a narrow dresser in place of the console table on the wall opposite the bed would be so helpful.
