LOVED the condo!!! Great location, easy access to parking and beach. Plenty of carts available to help unload luggage into rooms and so on. Communication from the rental company was poor. Had to call twice once we arrived bc there was no information on where to park and so on.

Very nice, well appointed unit looking out to the beach. Issues with WiFi access and AC in the beginning but host was very responsive and corrected our problems. Would happily visit again.

You can tell that this unit has been cleaned and kept up to date. Great shower, location and views made it a great place to stay. The only problems I can come up with are broken deck furniture and an air conditioner that woke me up during the night due to the noise it made when it came on.

This is our third stay at the Sans Souci and we will be back. The building was undergoing repairs but that wasn’t an issue. The condo had everything we needed. We will be back soon. This location can’t be beat.

The unit was very well put together and has a very relaxing feel. All of the furniture was comfortable, the appliances are good, the kitchen was well stocked with the basics and the water pressure in shower was great.The only thing we didn’t like about the unit was how loud the air is when it turns on. It makes a very startling sound when it turns on and it is right outside the bedroom door.

We really enjoyed our stay in this tidy condo! It was nice to have three pull-out sofas available. We only used one as a bed, but it was convenient to keep it pulled out while still having the other sofas available for seating.The labels throughout the condo made it easy to find everything, and we appreciated having access to a vacuum and broom for the inevitable sand that gets tracked in from the beach. The upgraded shower was a wonderful touch and the perfect way to wash away the day after spending hours on the beach.Overall, this condo was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We would happily stay here again!

The location was good and we enjoyed being able to walk on the beach and paths. Balcony would have been a great view with coffee or in the evening, but this is a missed opportunity as there were no chairs. Overall clean, but a few large bugs. The biggest issue was lack of response over our entire stay. We finally had to go find WiFi to check our work accounts, which was ridiculous.

The unit was cleaner and bigger than the pictures looked. It was perfect for a week stay got my wife and two young kids. Beach access was super easy and the pool was decent. The grounds were not pristine and there were no frills…but that was fine with us. There was a convenient store right across the road which was very convenient. This building is in a less crowded part of the beach which was nice….but close enough to get to everything with a 3 min drive. I was confused by the “peg leg Pete” reference in the description….but that is worth mentioning. There is a very popular restaurant also right across the street from the condo. We had our best and second best meal of the week at this restaurant. It is a hidden(ish) gem and way better than anything else we had on our trip. We were VERY happy with our choice to stay here!

Very nice & super clean. Gorgeous beach view from balcony! So easy to access and felt safe the entire stay! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay right on the beach! Great seafood restaurant right across the road too! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
