Boards Edge Villa #102 is a spacious, multi-level four-bedroom townhouse spanning approximately 1,628 square feet on the ocean block in downtown Ocean City. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, the property features a master suite with a queen bed and private bathroom, a fourth bedroom with another queen bed, and two additional bedrooms each equipped with pyramid bunk beds (twin over full). The main living area includes a large couch that doubles as a double sleep sofa, five flat-screen TVs throughout the home, and a furnished porch overlooking the vibrant downtown scenery.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private bathroom and TV.
Bedroom 2: Pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and TV.
Bedroom 3: Pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and TV.
