You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has three bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to five Lucky guests.

The building offers a secured entrance into the lobby, with shared elevator access - Makes hauling luggage a breeze! The condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The three spacious bedrooms have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. Two of the bedrooms offer a wall-mounted smart TV, for those relaxing nights in, and ensuite bathrooms. One bathroom can be accessed from the hall for ease of use for other guests in your party!

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

The property was great. The only complaint was the windows didn't block any sound in the livingroom, once inside the bedrooms the it was quiet. The check-in/out process was simple and the communication was great. Reached out to the team to get my wife electronic lock access and they were quick to respond. Location was perfect. Quick access to highways to the beach and airport and close proximity to lots in the historic downtoen area.

The property was conveniently located (within walking distance) of all the amenities of the downtown area. parking is a challenge, so if you are flying in and only staying in the downtown area, a rental car is not necessary and lyft/uber can get you to/from the airport.

I would suggest ceiling fans in the bedrooms as the rooms tend to get hot if sleeping with the door closed. The rooftop deck was very nice however the grills had no gas for grilling. We called about this issue but it was not resolved. In addition, the corn-hole boards that are mentioned in the description were missing.

Good location but not clean

Is a pretty nice location and the accommodations were fine. The issue with this property was its cleanliness and we were infested by gnats the entire time and only a day and a half before leaving on a six night stay they brought some things to try to help but it was too little too late. We didn’t bring food into the unit until the fourth night we brought a pizza in and before we could eat it it was covered in these bugs it was so gross. We had trouble getting in from an incorrect code and even those that we called for help had a mixup in the codes for access. Never did get a response from the property manager on the bug issue. The other issue with cleaning was there were cut toenails in the bedroom on the floor and don’t ever look under the bed it will disgust you. The potential is there if they would just clean the unit and keep bugs from being all over.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not stay again. 2nd bathroom shower clogged, sheets were dingy, shower had mold, noisy street, other guests were loud until after midnight, knats were flying around. Location was good, we did not use kitchen, we used frig for water and even frig was not real clean. The vacation was wonderful but this added stress that I just didn't want. I would even like money back. We were there to scout venues for a destination wedding so we will be back but at this point would not recommend these properties, unfortunately.

Reviewer Comments: First, I will say that we chose this property because we have a family member in a wheelchair and the fact that there were no stairs were a big plus. There is an elevator in this building. The elevator doesn't go to the rooftop deck, so we couldn't use it considering we couldn't get the wheelchair up there. It should be mentioned in the profile IMHO. The building is located very close to Broughton and just a couple more blocks to the Riverfront, and you can walk just about anywhere in town from here. The unit itself was modern and mostly sufficient. Although I will say the kitchen is sparse if anyone were planning to cook there. But considering most people are probably eating out, it's likely not an issue. The bedrooms are large, but could use some side tables. The lighting in the place is jenky - not sure who the electrician was - but there are either all the lights on or no lights on. And there is very little lighting in the bedrooms. The small bedroom had a small desklamp and a tiny overbed lamp. Bathrooms are updated and showers are nice. They could leave more than one towel per person, or some cleaning products. And if you are going to leave coffee (which was nice so we didn't have to buy for two days) it would be great to have some creamer and sugar. Lastly, just note that there are 4 apartments on each floor, and so you have neighbors. Our neighbors went out late at night and came in and out screaming between midnight and 4am, so that was awesome. Just keep in mind you won't know who your neighbors will be. Overall, location makes it worth it.

This particular location was great but the building has extremely thin walls within the unit and between the units. Further, the unit didn’t have any extra pillows or blankets and didn’t appear to be cleaned very well either. Definitely wasn’t the experience I was hoping for but we made the best of it.

It was a great location, we left our cars in a parking garage all weekend and walked everywhere. The rental was plenty spacious for the 4 of us with a small extra bed that would have accommodated one additional guest (like a kid). The bathrooms are small, but there is extra shelving in the bedroom for toiletries and such. The kitchen only has bgg basics, which was ok since we didn't try to cook, but we were hand washing coffee mugs and glasses every day! I did not think it was as noisy as other reviewers commented, we had no noise issues that were disruptful. We could not get the TV's in the bedrooms to work, maybe battery issues? But since we didn't try them until the night before we left, we didn't try to get them fixed. All in all this was a great rental.

Walking distance to attractions

Well furnished with comfortable bedding and seating. Unfortunately, there are a number of negatives... The windows do not limit the amount of endless noise from trucks, motorcycles, emergency vehicles and so on. It's like we were on the street. The kitchen needs basic utensils such as cutting board, scissors, colander, and so on. If you fly and use public transportation to the rental early, there is nowhere to store your luggage until the door codes are activated at exactly 4:00 check in time. The 4th floor deck is raised about 2 or 3 ft. above the roof, which collects water that becomes stagnate quickly creating a massive mosquito breeder. Oops out of space

Easy walking to everything. Parking is only 2 blocks away. The building is somewhat noisy at night. We had 2 bachelorette parties near us and they were loud and walls are thin. So, bring a noise machine for sleeping. Otherwise would stay there again.
