The apartment is nice, clean, spacious, secure, great location, parking, A/C, smart TV, beach towels/chairs/cooler, board games, 1st Floor in front of the pool, water/electricity without interruptions. Super conditions.
We arrived two hrs after check-in; no access code; ppty mgr did not respond. We called the owner, as instructed in the email; he was not happy about it. Then we found another car parked at our assigned spot and call the owner again bc we didn’t expect the ppty mgr to respond. On top of that, no hot water in the shower for the full stay. Last night, after a heavy rain, we got roaches enter the MBR. Its a great place, but the service is not ok. I got text’s back but nothing was resolved. Even though they debited my account 7 days before check-in. If you rent here, you’ll have a high probability of being on your own.
