Getting Around: We suggest you have a vehicle to manage your vacation travels. Although there is shopping, restaurants and activities nearby, you will want to see all that the area has to explore.
Guest Interaction: We are happy to share that our offices are found just around the corner, next to the Sanibel Harbour Marriott, in the Bay View Tower and Harbour Towers if you need us for anything during your vacation. Your arrival instructions will be emailed to you, so you have direct access to your unit when you are ready to check in, and do not have to stop in our offices if you do not require our assistance.

HOA Application Requirements: Some reservations will require approval from the community association and may not be approved if booked within 10 days of arrival, including a rental application and background check. Additional processing fees will apply and are not included in your booking costs. Please note that bookings for February are not confirmed until written notice of approval is provided due to association restrictions. Please reach out with any questions before booking.
Punta Rassa community grounds are currently undergoing a redesign, with completion expected in fall 2026. All amenities are open and available for enjoyment, with the exception of the fishing pier, for which a restoration timeline has not yet been determined.
