Quiet apartment located in a private courtyard within a condominium (an 18th-century building) on the banks of the Saône (Quai Saint Vincent), a 10-minute walk from the Presqu’île and a 5-minute walk from the Fresque des Lyonnais, near Les Subsistances and Les Halles de la Martinière (covered market).<br><br>A cozy 41 m² apartment located on the 1st floor (elevator available), featuring:<br>• entryway<br>• beautifully decorated living room with a 140 double sofa bed and a work area<br>• an alcove bedroom with a 140 double bed, <br>• a fully equipped, stylish, and functional kitchen,<br>• bathroom,<br>• separate toilet.

Old charm, newly renovated. 10 minutes from old town. Right on the river Olivier was a great host. Met us at the apartment, covered all the instructions and was readly available for questions

My initial contact with Olivier through Stayz was not ok, until Olivier contacted me on WhatsApp when communicating became possible, all good from then on. Olivier is very helpful, and with a taxi difficulty that I was having and sorting it out for me I was very appreciative. The location is quiet, there is a elevator and is close to the river Saone. We are 2 adults but used the fold out sofa as well as the main bed, the kitchen has all utilities as listed. I feel that our 3 night stay was most enjoyable.

Olivier was great and helpful with suggestions where to visit. This place has a very well stocked kitchen was clean and is close to different attractions. I would definitely return here.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. Olivier is an exceptional host, always available to help with any issues. It’s a little off the beaten track but there’s a bus stop right outside so easy to get into town.

Our host was fantastic, met us at the door and explained the apartment. Great location on a great spot. For north American travellers - it is a typical French apartment so while not large it was perfect for our young family of 4.

Olivier was so welcoming and accommodating! Provided thorough instructions, a very clean and well furnished apartment, and extras like snacks and drinks. Lyon was wonderful! Highly recommend!

The kitchen was well-equipped with the appliances and accessories to make a simple meal. The apartment is tastefully decorated and works well for two people. The neighborhood is close to lots of great restaurants and to Vieux Lyon. I would stay here again.

Great location

Walking distance to metro, grocery stores bakeries and restaurants, right on the river. We were lucky with parking in front but probably better if you don’t have a car.

Great value

Cozy and quiet in a great location. Owner was very nice and easily reachable. We had to arrive much later than anticipated and he was very accommodating. Washing machine was a plus.

Restful stay in Lyon

A comfortable apartment on the first floor in an old building with lift. All kitchen appliances and washer were in excellent condition. Located a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants but convenient to bus stop. We used buses extensively and they served us well. The building is one row back from the street (not riverfront), so was very quiet.
