アパートはニースのとても静かで静かな住宅街にあります。 3番目にあります 7階建ての中央エレベーター付きのアパートの建物の階（1階につき2つのアパートしかありません）。
このアパートメントは、日中は車を使わずに、観光客や旧市街のbus騒から離れて良い夜の睡眠を楽しみたい場合に理想的です。
中心部と海へは徒歩またはトラムで数分以内で簡単にアクセスできます。 （1枚のチケットは1.50ユーロ、10カードは10ユーロ、毎週のチケットは15ユーロです）。
すぐ近くには、いくつかのパン屋、小さなスーパーマーケット、薬局、Lidlがあります。 毎日（月曜日を除く）、市場には新鮮な果物や野菜があります。 隣接するボリグリオーネ地区には、さまざまなバーや安いレストランがあります。
「Avenue Borriglione」にはトラムもあり、大きな商店街、海、旧市街に数分で移動します。 バス停まで徒歩5分、トラムで10マイル先にある「マセナ広場」は、数マイルに及ぶ入浴ビーチのすぐ近くにあります。

Heart of Nice

Cozy apartment. Excellent lighting. Very safe and quiet. Great location near the tram line that takes you down to old Nice in only 10 minutes. Will definitely make this my go to place when heading back to Nice.

Lovely Apartment

This was the perfect place to stay in Nice. The host and mother-in-law were very helpful and the communication was great. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The area was quiet and there were a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. It was also close to tram and bus stops. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Ligger godt og det reneste jeg har prøvet hidtil

Carmen og hendes svigermor er meget behjælpelige. Endvidere var alt pinligt rent ved ankomst. Det reneste jeg personligt har oplevet indtil videre. Da vi ankom tidlig fik vi lov at stille vores baggage hos Carmens svigermor som bor et par etager under lejligheden. Der er alt hvad man har behov for i lejligheden. Også hvis man selv vil lave morgenmad f.eks. Det er tæt på transport, spisesteder og supermarkeder. Kan helt klart anbefales!

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Bäcker und Einkaufen auch fußläufig möglich. In die Altstadt ca. 25 min. zu Fuß. Essen gehen in der Umgebung kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, groß für vier Personen und hat alles, was gebraucht wird an Ausstattung. Genug Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck, sodass der Geschirrspüler erst spülen muss, wenn er wirklich voll ist. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Kleiner Minuspunkt für fehlenden Parkplatz, sofern man ein größeres Auto hat. Dann dauert die Suche etwas länger.... Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Vacances exceptionnelles

Emplacement idéal . Accès au centre ville facile par le tram . Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son accueil, son empathie. J’ ai passé une semaine de vacance exceptionnelle entourée de mon mari et de mes 2 fils chéris …. L’ appartement est idéal pour un couple et 2 enfants . Je ne peux que recommander cette location .

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Nizza

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und umgeben von vielen Supermärkten, Bäckereien, Cafes und dem wunderbaren Markt am Südbahnhof. Wir haben uns schnell zurechtgefunden und konnten bei sommerlichen Temperaturen von 24 Grad die Stadt und das Meer und die traumhafte Umgebung genießen. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Ist großzügig geschnitten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war nicht so einfach. Aber mit Geduld hat es geklappt. Eigentlich braucht man kein Auto. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: "Es gab nur französische Sender im TV" Unser Fazit nach der Woche in Nizza:"Wir lieben die französische Lebensart und wir kommen wieder"!!! Familie Wandel aus Berlin

Merveilleux séjour à Nice ( Place Bellevue-Parmentier )

Bonjour à vous tous; Quelques mots pour vous dire notre excellente et merveilleuse appréciation de notre séjour à vote appartement du 4 au 20 Septembre dernier; un appartement très confortable, avec toutes les commodités désirées et même plus. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié toutes les commodités extérieures situées à seulement quelques pas de marche de notre appartement. Et que dire de la belle Ville de Nice que nous avons découverte, autant par la marche à pied que par tramway…!!!! Merveilleux. Nous sommes de retour avec encore tout plein de belles images et d'excellents souvenirs. En terminant, on profite de l'occasion pour saluer la charmante Mme Marie-Madeleine qui nous a été une superbe hôtesse d'accueil et une source intarissable de renseignements et d'anecdotes. Un gros Merci encore et pleins de bisous xxx Soyez assuré, en terminant, que nous ferons des recommandations plus que positives, à tout ceux et celles qui nous le demanderons. Das Appartement hat alles, was es zum Leben braucht, liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut an den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr (Bus, Tram) angeschlossen. Angenehm, dass wir mit der Vermieterin auch auf Deutsch kommunizieren können. Und es gibt eine wunderbare Ansprechperson im Haus selbst, die in allen wichtigen Dingen weiterhilft. Wir genießen das Frühstück und den Tagesausklang auf dem Balkon. Die Straße ist so ruhig, dass nachts das Fenster geöffnet werden kann. Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Markt sind in Laufentfernung. Wir konnten nicht abreisen, bevor wir für nächstes Jahr neu gebucht hatten.

It's more than nice in Nice!

A comfortable, quiet and well-situated apartment with all the necessary mod cons and a delightful terrace as the icing on the cake. This was our two-bed apartment in central Nice from which we could easily venture out and find ourselves in minutes close to good local food shops, local restaurants, and the efficient and frequent tram service which carries passengers down the boulevard to the town centre and on to the magnificent Place Massena with its vast black-and-white tiled piazza surrounded by historic dark pink buildings which dazzle the eye. Nice is full of delightful surprises: six days a week there is a huge food market in the town centre. If you like to cook and eat good food, that is the place to visit. The fish and seafood stalls are very well stocked and that was our first stop. All the in-season fruit and vegetables one could wish to eat can be found on the other stalls, along with different meats and local specialities. Near the market is good-sized agreeable park offering shade and rest to some, and fun water-play in an unusual form to the children. The park is one of several beautiful parks in the city which attract people of all ages. There are also museums: go to Villa Massena to see Napoleon's death mask, for example, and other items of historic importance, including many which detail the growth of Nice since the 19th century, or to the Palais Lascaris, a small marvel tucked away in the old town. There are Roman ruins to be visited in Cimiez, as well as the Matisse museum, for the area is closely linked to the visits and work of many famous artists, Matisse and Picasso being but two examples. Nice is full of beautiful buildings, some tucked away in quiet streets, some in plain sight: large, imposing, architecturally interesting, and generally built in the 19th century as the city attracted wealthy visitors from different parts of the world. The air is good, the climate bright and sunny, the landscape is green and tree-filled; for those who wish to shop, there are plenty of choices. The old town is a fascinating mix of narrow streets opening out into squares generally occupied by numerous hungry and thirsty tourists, restaurants and and shops, and it leads to unexpected surprising places. One of these, a vast cemetery,rises above the old town requiring the wanderer to climb a number of steps to get there. The view of Nice below is fantastic. And don't forget the Promenade des Anglais at the other side of the old town!

Very much as expected

Situated in a quiet street of the main drags down into Nice centre, our apartment was very clean and well presented. We chose it because it was North of the railway station and handy for train journeys to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes and Villefranch su mur, as well as the daily vegetable Market, boulongeries and local restaurants experience. Our host's mother-in-law, who lives in the apartment below, was very helpful and friendly, especially at check-in and check-out, and if you want to practice your French language skills you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Tolle ruhige Lage abseits der Touristenströme

Wer mit dem Flugzeug nach Nizza reist und kein Auto mieten möchte, der sollte diese Fewo mieten. Sie ist (für Selbstversorger) voll ausgestattet, sauber und liegt in einer guten Gegend, lebendig, aber doch ruhig. Der Markt ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. So kann man richtig schlemmen. Für Ausflüge bieten sich Bus und Bahn an, sehr günstig... Wir waren mit 3 Kindern einschl. Baby dort. Ein Kinderbett war vorhanden. Zum Glück gibt es in diesem sehr ruhigen Haus einen Fahrstuhl. Wenn die Kinder schlafen, kann man noch lange auf dem Balkon sitzen. Dass wir gerne wieder kommen schreiben wir nicht aus Höflichkeit, für Herbst haben wir gleich wieder gebucht, da es noch viel an der traumhaften Küste zu erkunden gibt. Zwar hatten wir eine günstige Wochenkarte, doch wir sind auch oft zum Strand gegangen (ca. 30 min). Familie P. aus Schleswig-Holstein

Wir haben uns zuhause gefühlt

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete, supersaubere Wohnung . Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefült. Alles war vorhanden sogar ein Babybett und Spielzeuge für die Kinder. Es gab 2 Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung . Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Nur die Parkplätze waren unser Problem, aber ich denke sowas ist normal in einer großen Stadt . Die Schwiegermutter von der Inhaberin , die uns die Wohnung abgegeben hat , ist eine nette und sehr herzliche Frau. Es gab in 100 m Entfernung eine kleine Kaufhalle. Es war sehr schön und eine tolle Zeit .

Wirklich gut

Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben, eigentlich noch besser. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war gut und auch Änderung von An und Abreise waren unkompliziert möglich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut in der Nähe der tram. Wir sind in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht mit dem Auto gefahren, alles ist gut und preiswert mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem Nizza Besucher weiterempfehlen Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin
