DOG FRIENDLY, modern beach townhome! ($25/night pet fee).
Located off Spartanburg Ave which leads straight to Beach Access #9! Use the complimentary Golf Cart and park right in front of the beach access! It's so convenient! The golf cart includes free parking for all Town of CB owned spaces and lots. What a value!

Cathedral ceilings and architectural windows make this home the ideal place to take in gorgeous evening sunsets! Upscale modern furnishings & artwork throughout. Fenced-in rear yard with outdoor shower, patio and gas grill. Garage is equipped with a 6 passenger street-legal golf cart with Town of Carolina Beach parking included. (Cart is registered for parking at all Town of Carolina Beach owned parking spaces and parking lots, including Beach Access 9. Town of Kure Beach parking and privately owned spaces/lots are not included.)

First level features entrance foyer, two bedrooms & one full bath, laundry room and garage. (All bedrooms have Queen beds and smart TVs ). Master bedroom & bath are on the second level as well as the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, quaint dining area, powder room & great room. LED fireplace with ship-lap mantle and 65" flat screen smart TV are some of the highlights of the spectacular open great room with the sunset view! Enjoy an evening cocktail or entertain outside on the 2nd story covered deck with cathedral ceiling and lighting.

Did we mention VALUE? We provide a six passenger golf cart at no additional charge! (Did you know it costs $200/day to rent a golf cart on the island? Rented carts do not include free parking, but we do!)

Important Note: Drivers of the golf cart must be at least 21 years of age and have an active driver's license and automobile liability insurance policy.

Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in beds. Dogs must be rinsed in the outdoor shower & toweled off after being on the beach. 2 dog beds provided.
Humans must also use hose by the front door to rinse sandy bodies & feet and/or shower in the outdoor shower before entering the home after the beach.
Please use the squeegee on the shower glass after showering in the home. Please move loud conversation from outdoors to inside home after 11 PM.

We've been coming here for several years and it's always a wonderful stay! House is close to everything ie the beach, greenway, and playgrounds plus the golf cart makes it easy to get around. The house is clean and comfortable; the fenced in backyard is great for the pups. We'll be back in the spring!

Great Set Up

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. We felt that it was clean and everything was as described. The owners were very responsive. There was plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) plus our dog. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the little things such as dish detergent, extra toilet paper/paper towels, laundry detergent, etc..) They had a great set up for our dog as well with dog beds, fenced in yard, etc.) We loved having the golf cart to take into town and right down the road to the beach. Just for perspective, it’s also not too far of a walk to the beach (maybe 10-15 minutes) and we did it several times with our dog. It was a great house and we would certainly stay again if we’re in the area.

Great Vacation Spot

The property was great and the location was just right for us. It is close to the greenway and close to the beach so walking the dogs was so easy and with the fenced in back yard it was easy to let them out quickly when needed. We really enjoyed the clean spaces and full size showers and the kitchen was fun to eat in as a family too.

Beautiful and clean

We loved our stay! Our pup felt especially welcomed and accommodated. Only suggestions would be better/thicker toilet paper, and a stool for shaving in the shower.

Wonderful, Relaxed Vacation

We are repeat visitors to this wonderful property. Hosts are responsive and welcoming, especially to our doggies, which is very important to my family. Home is lovely and in a great location, with a short golf cart ride away to parks, restaurants and the beach. We look forward to going yet again in the very near future! :-)

Dog Friendly Rental

This property was clean and very well stocked! The yard had real grass and plenty of area for the dogs to do their business and wash off after a walk on the beach. With having the use of the 6 person golf cart to use, we rarely needed to use our vehicles. Very nice location!

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We couldn't have asked for a better location and wonderful relaxing home. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk should you so desire, and just far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. Great location for beach access, walking, or bike riding as the trail is one block away and is also beautifully maintained. We will not hesitate to return to this lovely property, should we find ourselfs in this area again!

Weekend get-away with Willis

The property was incredibly clean and beautiful, especially for a pet friendly rental. Everything you need is available. Jackie also had great recommendations for food, drinks and activities. Having a golf cart available was fantastic, however it was an easy 6 block walk to beach, restarants etc. I hope to return with Willis my dog for a longer stay. Fenced in back yard and balcony off the living area was great. Willis loved the bacony and chilling in front of the fireplace.

Spring break

We’ve enjoyed this house and our stay at Carolina Beach for several years now and always enjoy it. Comfortable, nice access to trail, athletic park and Lake walk - and the golf cart makes it very easy to get to the beach, get around, park etc.

Clean property in great location

Property was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the location close to the beach but in a quiet neighborhood. Included golf cart was a great way to get around the area. We had a problem with the door lock upon arrival but the owners were very responsive and had us inside in no time.

Great Thanksgiving Trip

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The golf cart was a wonderful way to get to the beach quickly and the fenced yard was great for our pups. The only issue was there were only 4 bath towels and very little to cook with as far as pots and utensils. There was also no first aid kits when we needed some band aids. Other than a few minor inconveniences it was great!

Getaway!

The property was clean. A nice backyard for my fur babies. We had a dog park right down the street. We enjoyed the golf cart to go all around the town. My only thing is I wish it had blinds or window coverings on the 2nd level for the evening hours.

The home had it all!

This beautiful home checked all of the boxes for us. Very near the beach, close to shopping, quant neighborhood, dog friendly and quite cozy! The property was clean and well maintained. Jackie responsive to us which we really appreciated. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare our meals! Thanks so much for a beautiful stay! I’ll be back for sure.

My husband and I have two silver labs who adore the beach. For several years, we had been coming to Carolina Beach since it is so charming and dog friendly. After renting various properties in the area, we came to the realization that it was very difficult to find a really nice "dog friendly" place to stay. If pets were allowed, generally speaking, the rentals were mediocre at best. That's when we decided to build our beautiful beach home "Sea Esta" and make it available to other responsible dog families. I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience hosting dog owners and their pups. They have taken very good care of our home and we are very grateful!

We discovered this home when it was under construction. Immediately I knew it was something special. Modern, beachy and brand new! If you love modern architecture, clean lines and simplicity in furniture and decor, you will fall in love with Sea Esta. Not to mention it has all the conveniences and amenities you would expect in a luxury beach property.
