This home sits on the Red Mountain Ranch Pete Dye designed golf course, has views of Red Mountain, a resort-like backyard, and an updated interior! A stone outdoor fireplace, built-in BBQ, and multiple dining areas. Putting green, fruit trees, and a covered patio that runs the length of the backyard. A whole outdoor living and family area! The back of the home is a resort-style backyard - your own private oasis with golf course frontage. The private pool is heated at no additional charge for year-round dips on sunny days.
The new hot tub offers romantic moments under Arizona's sunlit and celestial skies. The covered patio has new cozy furnishings for wining and dining with your favorite people and a gas grill that will please the outdoor chef.
Private putting green keeps you at the top of your game. The outdoor fire pit is a lovely gathering area to plan or review your East Valley adventures. The backyard offers spectacular views of the golf course, mountains, and beyond.

The whole house

We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily.

Great Stay

We very much enjoyed our time in this home. The pool was heated to a nice degrees that young and older enjoyed many hours in the pool. Our greeter Glenn was very good about getting the check in process very easy.

Nice neighborhood

Pool filtering was not working, pool water slid was not working for days. Hot tub was never available, due to prior renters and green. Fire alarm had to be replaced while there battery expired in 2021, seems like its not checked yearly, safety hazard! Kitchen lacks being stocked with necessary items. Kitchen knives could not slice a tomatoe. Appliances were old. Communication with the rental association was unbelievable, and not responsive. Beware of plastic lawn chairs, old and weathered, willbreak while sitting in.

Backyard Oasis

Loved all the fruit trees - grapefruit, orange, and lemon. Would have been nice to have fruit picker. Only issue was after hot tub cleaning, 1 child developed a rash - resolved with Benadryl. Management very responsive. Pool n slide awesome! Hot tub n pool temperatures great. Pool up to 10’ deep.

Awesome House. Property Manager A Little Difficult

Had some communication issues at first with the property manager through the app. Once we got on the phone it was better though. The house was amazing! It’s further away than I hoped for but an easy highway drive to everything we did. The beds are super comfy. Pool heater wasn’t great but the hot tub worked just fine. Pool water was beautiful but the hot tub water needed some cleaning. I’d still come back it was a great house.

-The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book.
