This Panoramic Beachfront Studio includes two fully equipped private rooms located in the heart of the Hotel Zone, giving you instant walking access to all the top attractions and one of the best beaches in all the Hotel zone. Including a private pool, access to the beach, 24-hour reception, and free parking. The Main Suite has a panoramic 270 degrees ocean view with a breathtaking sunrise from the balcony, beach view from the room window, the kitchen, and even from the bathroom. The secondary double room features a beach view from the main room window, bathroom, and the terrace, including a beautiful sunset on the Nichupte lake. A unique configuration that will allow you to experience a breathtaking sunrise on the beach in the morning and an amazing sunset on the lake in the afternoon all from the comfort of your apartment.

The main Studio has a panoramic 270 degrees ocean view with a breathtaking sunrise from the balcony, beach view from the room window, the kitchen, and even from the bathroom. The additional double room features a beach view from the main room, bathroom, and the terrace, including a beautiful sunset on the Nichupte lake.
