The home could make for an incredible stay- however essentials are not priority for the owner/management team.*It absolutely needs to have a thorough cleaning-There were still crumbs on the floor & counter tops & not sure the last time the inside of cabinets were cleaned in the kitchen from prior guests.*The refrigerators were not cold like they are required to be-management tried to say that it's because they have to acclimate to the guests-however, they already weren't cold upon our arrival. I had to keep my turkey in an ice chest full of ice so that it would be safely cold before Thanksgiving.*The dishwasher is broken. You can't slide the bottom tray in or out without two people. It's missing its sprayer & it doesn't clean the dishes well at all-so every morning we had to rinse off plates & rinse out coffee cups, glasses, etc. to be acceptable for use.*The barbecue does not get hot enough to actually cook. Management did come out said they fixed it, but we had to move 20 pieces of chicken into the kitchen oven to finish cooking it.*The hot tub stop getting hot so we couldn't use it for about 24 hours. Management did come out got it working, but it was very disappointing because that is a highlight for our family.The owner management team should take pride in this home-new refrigeration, new dishwasher get the hot tub in working order & find out why the bbq doesn't get hot enough. Disappointing to say the least, because those things are essential for a nice stay.
