This sleek and modern, beautifully appointed 2 bedroom beachfront home is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Impeccable decor, combined with expansive panoramic ocean views make this home a sanctuary for enjoying Kauai's majestic North Shore. Now with full A/C throughout the house (three split units)!

Featuring 2 bedrooms, a beautiful chef's kitchen with a gas cooktop, and Single serve coffeemaker, and ample indoor and outdoor seating, you will never want to leave. Just steps from the stunning Tunnels Beach, this home combines the serenity of Kauai with modern amenities to suit all of your needs.

Master Suite upstairs with King bed with en suite bath and split unit air-conditioning.
Guest suite downstairs with Queen bed & shared bath, bedroom also includes ceiling air-conditioning vent no shower-outdoor shower is available
Open concept living and dining room with air-conditioning.

*5/27/24 Disclosure: We're building a new rock wall, and while the construction won't take place during your stay, there might be a few visual changes you'll notice.
-The hedge near the road has been trimmed to make way for the rock wall construction.
-You may see some rock piles in the yard, located near the road and away from the house.
We don't anticipate these changes impacting your enjoyment of your stay at HBH. We just wanted to keep you informed about the ongoing project. (anticipated to occur through Summer 2024)

Beautiful beach house

Loved our stay at this house. It's right on the beach! The house is very high end. (Washer and dryer are on ground floor - we found these late in the stay.)

Private sanctuary in excellent location

Superb location and the home is exactly as pictured - well appointed and maintained. Perfect for a couple. Easy check-in and check-out.

Beautiful house

We had an amazing time staying at the Haena beach house. The house is a on a quiet stretch of beach about a mile walk to Tunnels beach. We had a pair of seals sleeping right outside most mornings. Great patios perfect for stargazing. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kauai.

Pure Perfection!

This home is absolutely beautiful! Everything you can think of is there- coffee maker, washer dryer outdoor shower and gorgeous furnishings. On top of that, the setting is Pure Perfection! Stunning ocean views and you are steps to the beach. We loved our time here! Can’t wait to visit again!!

The water right outside the back door is an incredible snorkel spot, super calm (we were here end of august) and easily could ride your bike or walk to the famous tunnels beach. My favorite beach in the whole world. There’s ample places outside to have meals and play game. This house having a/c was a major selller for us. Everything worked perfectly. The kitchen had every you will need to cook all your meals.

Gorgeous

This is a very beautiful house on the North Shore. The house sits right on a very quiet beach, and the property itself is lovely. The house is beautifully appointed with incredible views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and several decks. Everything about our stay was terrific, and we hope to be back at this property again soon.

Perfection

We absolutely loved out stay at this cozy, modern residence. The pictures accurately represent the beauty of the home The kitchen is both well laid out and well appointed. Since there are not many restaurants within walking distance, having a comfortable cooking space was important to us. The property is well designed and enjoyable to lay around on days you don't want to spend time on the beach (steps away). Add to that, the property caretaker was kind and helpful when we needed to reach out. I cannot wait to return.

The home and grounds were in perfect condition, clean and high quality. So relaxing for our 4 night visit in April! We loved all the sitting areas to enjoy the views and weather. Especially loved the seating area in the family room, right next to the windows. We slept with the windows open every night and slept with a cool ocean breeze and the sound of waves crashing. The bed was so comfortable and we loved the linen sheets. We enjoyed going into Hanalei for dinner a couple nights, which is maybe a 15 min drive away. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to my friends and family. We would love to visit again.

Beautiful and relaxing stay in Haena!

We stayed here for 9 nights over the 2025 New Year period. This home is EXACTLY as pictured and a beautiful retreat and private experience for the north shore experience of Kauai. Staying here we were always in opposite flow of traffic on the small roadways of the garden state. See, many people come north for the day to enjoy the tranquility of the north shore beaches and to hike the trails along the Napali coast. This means if you want to go south for the day and visit Poipu beach or Waimea canyon then you are opposite the traffic and one-way bridges that allow the north shore to remain quiet. The opposite is true in the evenings. With the beautiful restaurant of Opakapaka next door and the town of Hanalei just 15 minutes away by beautiful drive there are plenty of options for good food if cooking isn’t your thing. The home is well-appointed and we will definitely stay here agajn!!

The home is beautiful, nicely updated, air conditioned(!!), and extremely clean. The stretch of beach where Haena Beach House is located is one of the best — there are large rocks and rougher waters further down the beach, but just outside this house there are no large rocks and a barrier reef further out that made for calm waters, especially in the morning. The house is well appointed and the location is a short 10 min drive to Hanalei along one of the most beautiful roads. Staying here was a bit of a splurge, but well worth it!

Despite being a newer house, it needs some love/maintenance (gutters are clogged causing rain to spill over doorways, about 70% of the windows don't open and/or have broken hardware, the AC did not work on our second stay, etc).

This house is beautiful, Excellent location, landscaping, beach.. we loved it. We love the drive from Hanalei to Haena, it is the best on the Island of Kauai.. We rented electric bikes from Frank at Electric Bike Experience that Hawaii Life hooked us up with.. Frank was so helpful and the bikes made our stay even better, we could explore and appreciate nature even better on the bikes. There is one Restaurant in Haena that isn't open all the time, no Grocery, a great little market that also is not always open.. you come to Haena for the solitude.. you can drive the beautiful drive 10 minutes into Hanalei for everything you need..
