You found a wonderful condo!! This has such a great view, comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach equipment! The condo is a 1 bedroom with open concept. It has been updated with very high end finishes and is extremely clean! Repainted in 2026! It has everything you need for your stay! Just bring some beach towels and some groceries and you are set! The condo complex is ocean front and you are only a 1 minute walk to the beach. The complex offers a wonderful private pool area, an elevator, luggage carts, a beautiful cook out area with grills and tables! Every floor has it's own coin operated laundry for your use. You just can't go wrong with the condo or the complex! Is close to everything in Coligny, the beach, bike paths, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment and the near Celebration Park!

Condo is in a great location on HHI. Perfect size for a couple, exactly as described and pictured. View from balcony makes a great place for morning coffee listening to the ocean. Well equipped, bikes and beach chairs are a plus. Lori is always available for a quick response or need. Great hosts, would definitely book again from them.

Our deck did have a good view of the water as pictured. The cozy unit was spotless - thank you!! Lori communicated very quickly to any requests. The pool was the only part that was not great - the pool is in the middle of the parking lot and water was freezing. I guess you all had a cold winter as well!! Otherwise - GREAT stay. Great ocean view. Proximity to restaurants. Very clean condo. Check in was seamless. We were able to unpack and not have to live out of our suitcases. Would definitely rent again.

We loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and using the provided beach chairs and umbrella saved us money instead of paying the chair rental fee. The kitchen is fully stocked. The laundry was just across the hall if needed. Loved the balcony too.

Really nice place to stay, perfect for two people! Great location, in between the Tiki Hut and Sea Pines entrance. Right on the water and tons of great places to eat near by! The only issue is that the bikes were ridiculously rusted, making it really difficult to use, so we didn’t really use them. One of the main reasons we stayed here were the bikes coming with the property. But overall, very clean, safe, nice, and great for 2.

We have 4 adult children , 3 grandchildren and love to golf, boat and hit the beach when time allows! We are from Colorado but don't miss the snow! Love the weather and people here.

This property is centrally located and so close to everything you don't even need a car! It comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes and beach chairs, so you don't have to worry about that! Is extremely well maintained and clean and you will receive the best in customer service! This is also near the new Celebration Park that will open in 2021!
