Located between Buena Vista and Salida at the foot of the Chalk Cliffs, our vacation home is perfect for families and those who love outdoor adventures. Mt Princeton Hot Springs, white water rafting, hiking, and OHV trails are all at your doorstep. Relax on the deck while gazing at Mt Antero and Mt Princeton, or enjoy our great room with cozy fireplace and amazing views of the Chalk Cliffs. The basement boasts a large game room well suited for fun of all ages. Decorated and stocked with everything your family will need, Cactus Flower has it all.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It has it all, stunning views and privacy, but still conveniently close to town and many hiking trails. Very clean, excellent communication from the host, would highly recommend spending your vacation here.

I can't say enough about this beautiful home surrounded by nature. We were in Nathrop for a quick four days of jeeping, shopping and eating. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, probably the best I have experienced in years. We bumped into a bit of rain; otherwise, we would have spent every evening on the decks. Great water pressure, comfy couches for relaxing, and the best location if you are hopping between Salida and BV. It's worth every penny. Truly a luxury home that we treasured!

This is a beautiful property that offers spectacular views of Mt. Princeton, the chalk cliffs, and Mt. Antero. The massive deck and all of the main living areas offer these views and we never tired of them. There are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in the walkout basement. The third bedroom is on the main level, also with en suite bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. The property was clean and the host was very responsive. Check-in was easy to—code on front door bolt. Highly recommend.

This home is just perfect and so well cared for. We had plenty of space, really enjoyed cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen and hanging out in both cozy living areas. The views are so beautiful with local deer adding to the backdrop each day. We had a very Merry Christmas and hope to return soon!

Five year anniversary trip

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and the location is perfect. Just close enough to Monarch, but just far enough away. The view is amazing. The owners of the house are very accommodating and everything is just like it is described.

Beautiful Mountain Home

This property was absolutely beautiful. The home is fully furnished so it made preparing dinner each night so easy. I would go back to this property in a minute and highly recommend it.

Outstanding Property

Beautiful, outstanding property. Excellent, private location. Very close to the hot springs. Our family of 7 stayed here and skied 3 days at Monarch. 45 minute drive to the slope.Home has a beautiful view of the mountains and everything about the stay was flawless.
