Well located mountain retreat in Government Camp at Golden Poles Chalet Unit 309. Underground parking with elevator. Easy access to amenities. Walk to Ski Bowl East next door to property and home to Ski Bowl Summer and winter Adventure Park and alpine slide. Great central location for skiing any of the slopes Mt. Hood has to offer and located 2 blocks from town of Government Camp. Relax on the balcony or in front of the fireplace. Excellent location for biking, hiking, fishing and lots of fun.

We have stayed in other units at Golden Piles and loved the larger floor plan. For a unit this size, we would have expected more glassware (wine glasses only 3) and while clean on arrival, towels smelled of mildew upon use. TVs in upstairs bedrooms were missing cords to work properly. Kitchen knives were dull and some kitchen basics (nonstick pans) were quite used. For the price and comparable stays in similar locations we would expect more. Very clean and excellent location for two families of 4.

Property was perfect for us. Kids loved the bunk room and all the games to play. location right next door to adventure park is added . Perfect for family get together.

Immaculate. Very family friendly layout, and a very quiet setting. We didn't actually cook any meals there, but had we done so, everything we would have needed is in the kitchen. It had a very nice deck/balcony, and a wonderful great room where everyone could enjoy each other's company, but lots of space to spread out and find quiet time as well. Great location- it is blocks away from downtown, steps to Ski Bowl East, yet very peaceful and serene settings. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and promptly replied to any questions that we had. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good option for a larger group.

Decent spot. Unit was roomier than the photos conveyed. The lower entrance height in parking garage so had to park on the street (we have a pod on top of our full size truck). This made unloading luggage and groceries a much longer process.

Excellent condo

We had a stay here with our adult children and their significant others. We have one person in a wheelchair and I'm happy to say this is ADA accessible. Only complaint in regard to ADA is the bathroom for ADA would be easier if they didn't have a door on it or have a shower chair for that person to be able to take a shower. Other than that this place is spacious, very roomy and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed, same with the bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the location is excellent. Could walk to anything in Government camp and to ski bowl, so close. The host was very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will come back.

Mt Hood ski trip

Great layout for a family or group of friends. We drove up to ski at Mt Hood Meadows each day. Loved the condo and the town of Government Camp.

Great Getaway to Government Camp

We stayed for a ski weekend at Government Camp and we will be back! A great home for 2 families, including 5 kids. The condo had plenty of space, games, and dishes to accommodate our large group. It was very clean, warm, and inviting. Mary was kind and responsive to all my questions. We recommend staying here!

Great spot for a ski weekend with friends

We stayed here with a group of adult friends for a ski weekend and it was perfect. Walking distance to Government Camp, plenty of parking (both underground and on street) and very comfortable condo. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the space was comfortable. Hosts were very communicative when we had questions before the stay. We would definitely come back.

Great condo, 5 star host!

This was an amazing condo for our group of moms and ski racers! So spacious with beds for everyone. Mary, the host, is the "hostest with the mostest"! She went above and beyond for our group. Highly recommend her specious condo and her communication & hospitality is the best I've ever had from a VRBO host!!

Great location!

We had a great time staying at Mary’s rental! It was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in! All the things you could need were there! Spacious and open living space made it easy to hang out as a group but not feel like you were stepping on each others toes. The pool was a treat for the kids! The location to Ski Bowl and to town can’t be beat! We look forward to staying here again!

Very good location and property was very clean and well equipped. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it. Only downside was we were hoping for snow but that didn't happen!

Awesome place!

Even better than the pictures. Perfect place for family in the Pacific Northwest for a wedding. Close to great trails and wonderful view of the mountain. Comfy beds and King size! Parking garage and elevator was a plus. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and area

This condo is even better than the photos show. The place is immaculate, and the deck is expansive with lovely, peaceful views and plenty of seating. The kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are roomy, and the gathering spaces are comfortable and well appointed. We were in the area for a family wedding weekend, and we could walk to everywhere we needed to go. Great spot for a family to relax and spend time together. The host was helpful and easy to work with, and the entry instructions were clear. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Condo

We’ve stayed in rental properties dozens of times, and this was one of our best experiences ever. The property owner (Mary) is exceptional!!! Several weather-related problems interfered with our travel plans, but Mary was very accommodating. The condo was remarkably clean and well-equipped. A perfect weekend for our anniversary celebration!!!
