Oceanfront Condo🏄‍♀️Wrap-Around Lanai Almost Hanging Over The Ocean! 🌊 Hale Kona Kai 313

True and total oceanfront condo with wide wrap-around lanai (balcony) giving you almost four lanai rooms. The lanai hangs over the ocean. See the tide pools and the lagoon where the turtles love to swim. Let the sounds of the sea make you sleep after a day of sightseeing or relaxation. Both the bedroom and living room face the sea, where you can see dolphins all year round and whales throughout the season.

King-size bed in the bedroom.
Updated kitchen and new bathroom with walk-in tub.
Island influenced decorations and attention to detail.
The chair and the dining room table are on the lanai.

Hale Kona Kai is an intimate, absolute oceanfront building of 39 one-bedroom condos. Located on the outskirts of Kona City, it is off the main road providing calm, ocean view relaxation from every device. Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, excellent dining at Huggo's or Don Beachcomber's is a two-minute walk away and other restaurants are just a fun stroll away. The white sand of Honl's Beach is less than a quarter-mile south and the Kona Farmer's Market is half a mile north.

The complex offers an elevator that provides convenient access for all. On the ocean side, you'll find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a grill on the south end of the complex. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.

Each unit includes designated parking, safe WIFI, & cable TV. All units, like Lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is non-smoking.

The view and lanai were excellent. The unit itself is very outdated but we knew that. The living room Furniture was extremely uncomfortable, which needs to be replaced. The kitchen is adequate but could use a can opener and a couple of spatulas. The unit needs some touch up painting, but the stay was still fantastic.

We were very happy with this condo. Unfortunately we spent more time on the deck because of the storms. We just feel that the condo could be updated a little.
Couldn’t tell which switch to use.

The condo is nicely decorated, and I loved listening to the ocean all night. I could hear the neighbors upstairs at times, but it seemed that they kept similar hours to me so it didn’t really bother me.

Wonderful Place with Amazing Views

This is a super cute place! It is a close walking distance to downtown. The views from the deck are amazing each morning we while drinking our coffee we would watch the dolphins from the deck.

Great location

We throughly enjoyed our stay. There was a slight issue with our reservation and Ryan was very quick to notify us and review our options. The condo, E22, was well stocked with virtually everything we needed for our stay.

Fabulous ocean views

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Kona. But the best part was the absolutely fabulous ocean views. Highly recommend this cond.

Views that never get old

Location is excellent. Right outside Kona but off the main drag enough to be calm. The unit was exactly as advertised and the view from the balcony was great. We enjoyed watching the turtles in front of the unit every day.

Incredible views, beautiful unit, walking distance to town

This is the most beautiful unit in the property! The lanai is incredible, feels like you're on a cruise ship! There is a little swimming lagoon next door, walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in town. We will definitely return.

View & Location Is The Best

An easy walk to everything in Kona, this condo has a spacious oceanfront lanai that is perfect for relaxing and listening to the waves. The furnishings are comfortable and the built in desk in the bedroom was perfect for remote working. Easy parking, checkin and check out. Quiet and peaceful.
