Great location just a block from Commercial Street. Comfortable. Clean and bright. The spacious courtyard in front of the house is a great place to relax. There's also a grill and outdoor dining table if you want to make a meal for friends. The host is easy to communicate with. This is the second time two of us have stayed at 15 Carver (first floor). It would have been the third except it was already booked when I was ready to make reservations last year.

Excellent location, very clean, and owner/property manager was very easy to work with. And the large (by PTown standards, at least) outdoor space was a great bonus!

Paul was an excellent host. The space had a great gas-stove kitchen, and it was an excellent space for me to do artwork for the week's stay.

A very comfortable condo in a prime location near the center of town. Host Paul communicates everything you need in an excellent manner. The private outdoor space was perfect and could serve as a fun entertainment space, although my wife and I used it primarily as a space to hang out with our dog. Recommended highly.

We were lucky enough to book a return stay at Paul’s place. He was easy to get in touch with and made planning our visit a breeze. The house is charming -2 parking spots a bonus! Great location. Thank you Paul!

Great location - just a short walk to Comercial Street - and it's easy to get to the supermarket as well. The primary bedroom is a little tight, but overall, it's a really nice place.

The condo was everything it was advertised to be, and proved perfect for a 5-day stay with our dog. Paul was great as host, excellent communication and quick responses to questions. Highly recommend.
