Gorgeous Waterfront Battery Creek Retreat

Incredible water views from this top-floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom cozy and well decorated end-unit condo in a gated community in Beautiful Beaufort South Carolina. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, comfy King-Size bed, and private deck! Close drive to Downtown Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head Island! Also visit Charleston and Savannah! Looking for a getaway? Or headed to Beaufort for a Marine Corps Graduation Ceremony at Parris Island? This is the perfect condo!

This unit is not suitable for children or infants due to the proximity/danger of the water and the railing safety design in the backyard. If you book and have children you are assuming all responsibility for their safety and liability.

There is 1 dedicated parking space labelled with the unit number for our home. Should you need a second parking space, any unnumbered space may be used, labeled V for Visitor.

NO ACCESS - the community next door to the right with which we share a driveway called the Village at Battery Creek is OFF LIMITS to guests. This includes the pool, the firepit, the dock, boardwalk area over the water and common areas. Please respect this rule as we don't want to upset the owners next door.

BOAT DOCK - this is private for the complex next door and is off limits behind a gated keypad. If you wish to bring a small boat and trailer, you can park on site (limited availability) for a $40/Night fee (Max 7 Days) BOOKED AND PAID IN ADVANCE before your arrival. You MUST let us know so we can check availability. There is a public boat launch - Parris Island Boat Landing - next door.

Please note this is an end unit on the 2nd floor, but you do share a wall with the unit next door. It is possible you may hear noises from time to time, but everyone is very respectful here.

Very nice little condo, perfect for the two of us! Great view of Battery Creek and the marshes, both from inside the unit and from the nice deck off the living area. Very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, and nice bathroom. We were looking for a place to stay for a short visit to check out the Beaufort area as a possibility for a longer visit in the future. This worked out great.

The little condo is as advertised. Has everything you need. The four stars is not something anyone cold have improved. It was simply too hot to sit on deck, go to beach, etc. The furniture is comfortable. The dock right out back is off-limits. That is unfortunate. The price is competitive.

Excellent 10

Very clean has everything you need there. Very quiet neighborhood. The river running behind the condo is so relaxing setting on the deck watching the boats go by and watching the dolphins. Will definately stay again.

Comfy bed with a View

Condo was very inviting, comfortable, and close to Parris Island. Storm rolled in one evening and we enjoyed the relaxation while listening to it rain. Easy and convenient to good food and base.

Fantastic Birthday Getaway

The location is quiet, clean, convenient with a beautiful waterfront view. Access to shopping, groceries, dining and activities was peefect. The condo is completely equipped with everything we needed and extras we didnt expect.

Cute, cozy and clean condo! Well decorated and well stocked. It's perfectly located. Very affordable for the area. You'll feel like you're in your own home.

pleasant stop over

Three of us stayed one night in Battery Creek Retreat. The flat was cozy just like the pictures. We were able to sit outside and watch the boats and sunset prior to the rain coming in. It is a short drive from Beaufort and there are many restaurants in the area. Very close to Parris Island. All questions were answered quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Cozy Little Condo

This little condo on the creek was just perfect for our stay. We had a very pleasant couple of days and enjoyed the privacy and outdoor deck. Great view of Battery Creek. This place is now on our favorites list should our travels bring is back to the low country. Highly recommended.

Best little home in Port Royal

Perfect accommodations-very clean, nicely decorated for low country local, comfy bed, nice shower. View are spectacular! Up every morning to see sunrise-just gorgeous. Very quiet community and close to downtown Port Royal and Beaufort. Just perfect.

Perfect Bang-For-Your-Buck Stay at a perfect strategic location to explore the Lowcountry

Me & my fiancée decided to take our first vacation in the Lowcountry, as this was a perfect time of year to go. This spot was perfect as it had a waterfront for me to try to fish/crab off of (I didn’t catch much, either because of the water not being warm enough yet or because I’m exclusively a freshwater guy, but alas), and it was nearly equidistant from Charleston & Savannah, perfect for exploring the two cities & everything in between. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at this very nice property. In town for Paris Island graduation. Excellent location for access to Paris Island as well as Beaufort dining. Absolutely recommend. Host was very responsive with questions and details for check in.

Ideal stay for Parris Island Activities

Cute as can be with all amenities needed for graduation activities for my new marine. Owners are great at communicating and accommodating reasonable requests. Beautiful sunrises and very comfortable king size bed.

I absolutely LOVE the Lowcountry area and have been a resident here since 2009. You have Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head areas all within a close drive to each other and very unique experiences! My favorite activity is to just get out and explore everything the area offers with my Husband Robert and my son Robbie.

I will always be available by text and phone, and I encourage questions. We offer a book of information of area attractions, restaurant menus and Marine graduation information. I would be happy to answer questions. I want all our guests to have a perfect stay in the beautiful Lowcountry!
