The Grey Pearl was exactly what I was looking for! Very clean, plenty of room, and beautiful view over the Beaufort River. My only complaint was that it never got sun on the porch! I am now in love with Beaufort and surroundings and we will be back.

Quiet and relaxing

Very relaxing and clean place. The view of the water was lovely. We wished we could have stayed longer but this will be a spot first on our list when we visit again. Good communication from the owner :)

Great place

This is a very clean and updated unit and the neigborhood was quiet and we felt safe there. the location was great for us - close to Parris Island.

Peaceful

My Mom stayed here while visiting for my son's graduation from USCB. It's a nice little neighborhood that is quiet and felt safe. Comfy bed and very clean. We loved sitting on the porch for coffee in the morning and before bed chats with a view of the beautiful water! Would stay here again

A perfect stay! Gorgeous waterfront views! Interior design is exceptional! Easy access. Everything has been thought of from a clothes steamer to built in USB ports in the outlets! Bed was soft without being squishy. Front door parking! All at a great price! Thank you Sandra!

Wonderful place.

We loved this condo. Everything was immaculate. Close to everything. Very clean which is important to me. Would definitely recommend this place, you definitely will not be dissapointed. So peaceful sitting and looking out at the water.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time staying in this cozy condo! I was a little upset that I forgot my fan because I have to have it to sleep and much to my surprise they had a sound machine with fan noises. It’s the little things for us that don’t go unnoticed. We will be back!

VERY Relaxing

The condo was perfectly suited for my wife and I. Love the location to Parris Island as it offered us the easiest and fastest commute to get on base. The condo was VERY clean and cozy. Sandra was easy to communicate with. Would definitely visit again.

I absolutely LOVE the Lowcountry area and have been a resident here since 2009. You have Beaufort, Bluffton and Hilton Head areas all within a close drive to each other and very unique experiences! My favorite activity is to just get out and explore everything the area offers with my Husband Robert and my sons Robbie and Henry.

I will always be available by text and phone, and I encourage questions. We offer a book of information of area attractions, restaurant menus and Marine graduation information. I would be happy to answer questions. I want all our guests to have a perfect stay in the beautiful Lowcountry!
