*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing a property renovation. Below is the updated schedule for the outdoor pool, while the indoor pool will still be open throughout the summer. Please note the following schedule for our outdoor pool availability:

Pool Closed: Until July 20th
Pool Open: From July 20th to Labor Day Weekend
Pool Closed: After Labor Day until Memorial Day 2025

The pool will be available for guests from July 20th to Labor Day Weekend. This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues.

Good location

Good location. Room was clean, shower curtain allowed water to pile up in the floor. I wish they had a towel service to exchange bath towels because people typically have more than one bath a day and they do not provide any extra. You can pay $5 to wash a load. During our stay 1 elevator was down the entire time and another was down for a day or so, causing long waits for the elevators and over crowding.

Loved our stay!

Would recommend for a small get-away! Right in the beach! Very comfortable bed!! Clean property! Very close to restaurants! Hope to stay again in the future!

Vacation for 30th bday

Everything was perfect. Except for the tv. It didn’t work in the master bedroom the entire visit so at night time we couldn’t enjoy a show before falling asleep. Other than that we enjoyed this location.

Nice condo on the beach. Great location!

My 1st time staying at Sundestin. The condo has 2 pools, a water splash area my 5 year old really enjoyed. A gift shop, a restaurant and a bar. There is laundry on every level. Checking in was a breeze. And the front desk people were very nice. I got there 3 hours early and they said I can go up once my room is cleaned. After about 1 hour it was ready which was nice after a very long drive. Lots of stores and Restaurants nearby. Would defiantly recommend.
