With an array of exciting on-site amenities, SunDestin Beach Resort offers a picture-perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool, as well as an outdoor hot tub. Exercise in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The spacious conference room is the ideal accommodation for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities includean outdoor tiki bar, as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).

To the left of the entrance, you will find the bedroom featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and a comfortable king bed. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway and features granite sink countertops. Nestled in the hallway is a set of twin bunk beds, providing a cozy space for the children to unwind after a long day. Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen with elegant granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances provides an open and welcoming space for making home-cooked meals or quick snacks to take down to the beach. There is seating for six guests at the kitchen breakfast bar, as well. Step into the spacious living room featuring a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player, along with a comfortable couch and two chairs, ideal for relaxing with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



Sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the living room and balcony, with seating for four. Sip on your morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waves in the morning and experience an unforgettable view of the sun setting over the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. This lovely one-bedroom, ninth-floor vacation rental offers cozy sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed nestled in the hallway, along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
