This large 2bd/2ba unit features a private hot tub overlooking beautiful Fall River. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The upstairs bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room has a sleeper sofa facing a cozy gas log fireplace. The large kitchen is fully equipped with an adjoining dining room. Your private deck has it's own private hot tub a brand new electric BBQ grill and patio furniture overlooking Fall River. Fishing and wildlife abound!

Very clean, spacious cabin

The unit was spotless. Location was fantastic - only 1 mile to rocky mtn national park. Kitchen was adequately supplied, beds very comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Only slight issue was we didn’t receive an email on day of check in so we weren’t sure where to get keys - that was a tad confusing.

Observations

The condo below was extremely loud all day and all night...it appears that is was a very large group of teenage girls...screaming and yelling and banging furniture The unit had some marks on the walls and the heating vents were not all open.

Suggestions to improve BP #37

Add a fire extinguisher, add smoke detectors to bedrooms, add grab bar to the tub/shower and the other shower upstairs, repair the broken fan in upstairs bedroom, repair the minor wall ding in the living room, add a light over the kitchen sink. repair the non-operating light under the microwave, kitchen needs pot holders and dish rags-dish towels.

Great Location Next to River

Exceeded our expectations for our short weekend getaway. We enjoyed the large space and found it very clean. There were a number of thoughtful amenities. Check in was easy and the place was easy to find. We loved the hot tub overlooking the river. Peaceful location that is close to downtown Estes Park and the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.
