Magnificent apartment of approximately 80 square metres, with all the comforts, featuring a private terrace offering spectacular views of the sea and mountain.



Located in the heart of the Doña Julia golf course in Casares, this apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the beach and is close to all services. 5 minutes from the town of Sabinillas where you will find shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from the Duquesa marina, 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Estepona and 30 minutes from Marbella.



It consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully and well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and coffee maker.



TV with French and Spanish channels. WiFi connection in the apartment and air conditioning (cold hot)



The terrace of approximately 30 m² offers beautiful views of the sea and mountains.



The ideal place to spend relaxing holidays.



The residence is located in a quiet residential area and has a swimming pool, underground parking and a lift.



The apartment is located 50 minutes from Málaga airport.



Non-smoker animals not allowed groups of young people not allowed.



The key handover takes place in our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva.

Sehr schön und ruhig

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einem super Blick , schöner Pool der zu unserer Zeit kaum besucht war . Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine , Geschirrspülmaschine alles top in Schuss . Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein super Aufenthalt . Sauberkeit war o.k , Klimaanlage auf der Terasse ist etwas nervig .

Bel appartement bien équipé, bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la mer.

L'emplacement, la description correspond parfaitement à la réalité. Bel équipement pour les personnes qui veulent cuisiner. Tout était très bien. Revoir la propreté des couettes. Une petite lessive serait nécessaire (taches sur celles-ci). Le mobilier de terrasse serait également à revoir.

Apratamento precioso y cómodo

Es grande, bien decorado, con muchos detalles, buen menaje, nuevo, limpio, con terraza bien equipada. Sobre la casa, el peor detalle es que no tiene barbacoa. Sobre Zap, lo peor son los horarios de entrada/salida que son muy malos, las llaves tienes que recogerlas a unos cuantos kilómetros, no te explican nada de la casa, etc.
