Step onto your private patio, overlooking a lush grassy area, and enjoy direct access to the boardwalk. At 1,000 spacious square feet, this airy retreat features a fully equipped kitchen and a full bath, giving you all the conveniences of home. The bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, while the living area includes a comfortable queen- size sofa sleeper, providing ample space for up to four guests. Enjoy the ultimate beachside experience with the shore just steps from your patio door, and effortless access to the pool and hot tub, offering the best of both worlds.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Nice Unit

Clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Walking distance to the ocean. I like to slip out the back door and walk down the path to the beach. The coffee bar is also a nice convenience. The complex is only 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants of the quaint town of Port Aransas.

Great Time!

This condo was perfect in every way! Best location, walk out our sliding glass doors and we were steps away from beach. Bright airy spacious snd articulated perfectly! Will stay again soon!!!

We left 2 days into a 4 day stay. The room needs a makeover by someone who knows how to provide both light and privacy. If you open the heavy drapes, you're exposed to the comings and goings of everyone, plus the gardner. If you close them, you're in a cave. While the "walk out to the beach" feature seems like a plus, if you do that you're leaving the place unlocked. The kitchen was very poorly furnished.

Perfect location!

The proximity to the beach was perfect! We just walked over the dunes via the steps and there it was! Our condo was very clean with cute beach decor. It was also very spacious for a one bedroom. Megan, at the front desk, was personable and very helpful. We’ll definitely return!

Weekend getaway

Hubby and I came down for a quiet, restful weekend and we certainly got it. Condo was very clean and quiet and steps from the beach. We enjoyed hours reading, napping and watching movies. Thanks for hosting us!

Loved Our Stay!

We had the best location! Condo was steps from the beach with a shower located right outside our condo. Two small patios to sit and sip coffee or play cards while listening to the surf. ❤️

Steps from the Ocean

Our stay at Casa Condominiums was absolutely perfect! As a single mom to two littles, safety and location are a huge factor when booking somewhere to stay. I felt incredibly safe here! Our room was steps from the ocean which made travel to the beach a breeeze. The condo was spotless and very inviting! We will be back again soon!

Fabulous Condo

We loved this King Deluxe Condo a lot. The pictures delivered in spades. We enjoyed the location and the access to the beach. Everything was well appointed and we loved the coffee bar on the main floor. The front desk staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. They truly made us feel welcome. We loved this first visit to Port A and we'll be back!

Not impressed

The place was hard to find, the pool and hot tub heaters were both broken and we were not informed at check-in. There were exposed The curtins did not completely cover the windows so covethwindows windows so we felt we did not have privacy.

It checked all the boxes but it was anything exciting. Small things were not done well cleanliness of the room and kitchen appliances. Front door not working with key card for early morning. Small things but it made the stay less inviting.

Love the place but pool was closed during our entire stay

Great place, location and price. VERY upset that the pool was closed during our entire stay and we were not made aware until we arrived. With little kids, it’s sometimes difficult to stay at the beach all day so we like to spend a day or two at the pool as an alternative. Couldn’t do that this time. Also our microwave was broken and this seriously limited our ability to cook and prep meals for which I did a big grocery trip for.

Not a great experience

Finding the place was very difficult. Had to call to get directions ( property sits way off behind other buildings) the view from the balcony got us a beautiful view of a grassy dune. Then the water sprinklers went off at 6 every morning, pointed straight at our balcony. The chairs were soaked. Water pressure was terrible We left a day early because we were so displeased
