Welcome to your Beach Getaway Vacation in Port Aransas, Texas!

Enjoy the ultimate beachfront getaway in this spacious 2-bedroom condo, featuring two private balconies overlooking the Gulf. Wake up to stunning sunrises and relax while watching the waves roll onto the beach. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom includes two twin over full bunk beds comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. With a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms, you'll have everything you need for a convenient and relaxing stay. The master bathroom has been recently remodeled, featuring a spacious walk-in shower with an extra-wide entry for a spa-like experience.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a maximum occupancy of 6 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced

The condo was an excellent place to stay for a long weekend. The accommodations were taken care of, everything was clean and they even had chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach. The pool and hot tub were clean as well. I will definitely stay here again if my family decides to vacation here.

Condo is in a good location with beach, it was spacious and clean. We didn’t feel like the price matched the quality however. The grandkids had fun so that’s all that matters

We had a great time. The ease to the beach was so nice. The unit is nicely appointed and comfortable. Thank you! The bunk room only has one bunk and a king. The teens had to rock, paper, scissors to see who had to share. I’d update the image shown.

Everything in one

Beautiful condo! Plenty of room. Had everything we needed. View was amazing! Beach was just steps away. Loved waking up and watching the sunset while still in bed. Went to jacuzzi, took a dip in pool too and then tanned.

This was exactly what we imagined for our little end of the summer vacation. We were wowed as soon as we entered the door; exactly the kind of beachy vibe you would expect from a beachfront rental. The unit was clean and furniture well placed to maximize on togetherness but also allowed space for our family to spread out. The kitchen was fully outfitted for us to cook our meals. When it was time to hit the beach, they had everything we needed (umbrellas, chairs, bucket and shovels) to make our time in the sand even more enjoyable. Kudos to our host! We found our little beachside getaway. Cannot wait to come back during cooler months.I know this is long, but thanks go out to the staff at Casa Condominiums. They were pleasant and responsive from check-in to check-out. They keep the common areas very clean.

The elevator was broken 2 of the 3 days we were there. One trash can was not emptied before our checkin, it probably got missed in the cleaning but that’s a big miss. We received our checkin instruction email at least 10 minutes after checkin time of 4:00 which is already late in the day. I couldn’t find instructions for checking out. We loved the rooms, furnishings, location, and amenities. I understand things happen like the trash and the elevator breaking but that was very inconvenient. Communication about checkin and checkout could have been made easier.
