We had a great stay at this cabin! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was convenient for getting to Gatlinburg and the surrounding attractions, while still feeling peaceful and secluded. The cabin was exactly what we were hoping for and made our trip even more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Bear Tracks because we really enjoyed our first stay there nearly a year ago. The property has a nice view overlooking the mountains and an even better view when using the "club" pool that is a short walk from the property. The house was clean and well supplied with dishes and cooking utensils. The hot tub is very nice and well maintained. The check in & checkout process went quite well. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The mountain views—and that beautiful club pool overlook—really are special, and we’re glad you were able to enjoy them. It’s wonderful to know the cabin was clean, well‑stocked, and comfortable, and that the hot tub and check‑in/checkout process helped make your stay smooth and relaxing. We truly appreciate guests like you who come back and enjoy the space as much as we do. We’d be honored to welcome you again whenever your travels bring you back to the Smokies.

Very happy with our stay! The property was perfectly located and close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the national park! We also saw a mama bear and 3 cubs in the woods next door. The cubs were playing in the tree and we were able to watch from the 3rd level porch! My kids loved it! Mama bear did try to check out our car (left a paw print!) but we were diligent in keeping the doors locked.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Bear Tracks! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the cabin and its perfect location close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the national park. It’s wonderful knowing your family had such a great stay. What an unforgettable moment getting to watch a mama bear and her three cubs playing in the trees right next door. Viewing them safely from the upper porch is such a special Smoky Mountain experience, and we’re glad your kids loved it. And yes—locking the car doors is always the right move in bear country. That paw print is quite the souvenir. We’re delighted the cabin provided everything you needed and gave you a comfortable, memorable stay. Thank you again for your kind words. We’d love to welcome you back for another peaceful mountain getaway.

We loved our stay for a family five and the host was amazingly responsive. The three story house was perfect to give my kids (middle school - high school) their own space. The cabin is close to the Gatlinburg welcome center and trolly system, very close to National Park, and easy to get to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and felt like a home away from home. Enjoyed every minute.
