Welcome to Seas The Day at Beachside Villas in beautiful Seagrove Beach, Florida. This ground-floor unit is perfectly situated in the heart of 30A, offering easy access without any stairs to climb. With comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests, your seaside getaway awaits. Experience the newly updated Beachside Villas for your next vacation! This complex has undergone a stunning transformation, with new siding, paint, doors, and windows that make it absolutely beautiful. You'll be amazed at the changes! Be among the first guests to stay with us in 2023 and enjoy all the fresh updates. Situated in the heart of 30A, this ground-floor unit is perfect for those who prefer not to climb stairs and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. With 2 bedrooms, including a Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with 2 full-size beds, there's ample space for your family. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and it seamlessly flows into the inviting living room for an open and spacious feel. Step out onto the private balcony to savor your morning coffee or simply enjoy the refreshing ocean air. Plus, bring your furry companions along as this unit is pet-friendly! Beachside Villas is located in Seagrove Beach, conveniently nestled between Seaside and Rosemary. You'll have easy access to a designated beach access point at the end of San Roy Road, just a short 5-minute walk away. Walton Dunes Beach Access is also nearby, just 0.8 miles away. Within walking distance (also 0.8 miles) is one of our favorite restaurants, Old Florida Fish House. This area also features a coffee shop, shaved ice vendor, beer/wine bar, and a few shops. Don't forget to grab some fresh seafood from Buddy's market if you enjoy cooking! The Beachside Villas complex offers fantastic amenities for your enjoyment, including two pools (one heated during the off-season), tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with poolside bathrooms. You can also take advantage of the docks with beautiful lake views for fishing and the community grill area. Easy beach access is available, and Eastern Lake is right outside, offering scenic views and opportunities for paddleboarding. If you're interested in golf carts or bike rentals, you can arrange them directly through All 30A Properties for an additional fee. When you book a vacation home with All 30A Properties, you'll receive a daily $25 credit towards complementary Beach Gear. No need to bring your own gear as it will be conveniently delivered on your arrival day and collected on your departure date. Choose from a variety of items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, cornhole, and more! Please note that all cancellations, regardless of how far out from check-in, are subject to an $89+Tax fee for processing. Please note that choosing to bring your pets will require a $200 non-refundable pet fee to be added to your booking. Seas the Day Wonderful Property

We have been staying at Beachside Villas for over 10 years (2 times a year). This is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. Updated with everything needed. Beds comfortable, baths nice, and very clean. Near pool. However, sadly due to the beach restrictions we will probably not be returning. We always enjoyed renting chairs and umbrella to stay on the beach for the week, but now that is not allowed in front of the condo. We are in our 60's and it is not convenient to ride the golf cart down the street and go over the dunes to the "Beachside Villas" property. Seagrove Beach has been wonderful but due to other restrictions (paying to park at Seaside) we find it very sad. We do realize Beachside Villas have no control of these new rules.

May Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at "Seas the Day" great location close enough to things but not stuck in traffic trying to get back at night. The condo was very clean. The manager was so responsive. We had one small problem that was fixed right away. We did have a little confusion on how to get to the beach. But the very cool cart guy was super helpful. Next time I think we will be renting beach chairs just to make it a little easier.

Reviewer Comments: For 2 people in there 70's, who have visited and owned in this project; we were surprised at the rent changes and beach arrangements. While our unit was very good, and the cart service was excellent; we could not handle the walk from the cart stop to the new beach location. What disturbed us most is that no one at VRBO told us about this. If not for me going to the old much smaller beach site to put down our chairs, we would have missed the enjoyment of the trip entirely. The price was too high for the trouble we had to enjoy the beach. Please talk to Beachside Villas about the beach arrangements. Had we known in advance we would have never rented there.

My Toughest Review - It Is What It Is

This was the toughest review I’ve written on a rental property. It’s probably a 3-star property with 5-star owners/service. My struggle to fairly review it comes down to expectations. We vacation in the area often, mostly in private homes, and this was our first condo experience. Pros: - first floor unit was perfect for our young kids and our dog - Beach access (shuttle, two different access points) was one of the best on 30A, and the inlet space is one of the best beach spots on the panhandle - simple, turnkey setup of space - phenomenal communication and process; we had some cleanliness and maintenance issues and the operators couldn’t have been better. - pools and tennis courts are great Cons: - The unit needs a facelift. It’s tired in spots, namely the shower fixtures, tubs and windows/doors - If you are early to bed, neighbors going up the stairs will shake the walls, and you will hear everything in the upstairs unit. The purpose of our trip to 30A is always to spend time on the beach. This unit gives you a great place to make those plans a reality if that’s your goal. If you are more of a homebody, it’s a little cramped and not the best stay I’ve had.

30a condo

The condo was very well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the utensils and cooking supplies to make dinners for our stay. They supplied extra trash bags and laundry and dish soap also. It was very nice to not have to worry about that stuff. We will be back!

Ask about construction before booking

We booked this Brno as we had stayed there before. The booking agent did not disclose that each of the buildings roofs were being replaced. For 3 days of our stay we had workers outside our windows yelling, a 3 story high lift backing up (beeping) and large pieces of aluminum roofing being thrown down. When I brought this to the booking agent, they said they would look into it and as of now nothing has been done. We left a day early becauof the noise.

Great Location!

The place was very clean upon arrival! Location was great with a very short walk to beach. Kelley was very helpful, from booking to helping with recommendations of things to do. We enjoyed it very much!

Washer machine filthy dirty!!

The only thing that bothered me was that when I was ready to use the washer machine, it was filthy dirty!! Lots of dirty hair inside the machine, it was like somebody had washed a dog inside!! I wasn’t able to use it. Other than that everything else was ok.

Great Location!

The condo was slightly smaller than anticipated, but comfortably housed 5 adults. There is a short walk to the beach, but not overly crowded beach and they have a golf cart shuttle that was super helpful! The owners are very responsive if you need anything. Very clean space with many amenities and in condo washer and dryer! The beds were a little hard, but others in our party liked it, so to each their own. Overall great property and would recommend!

We did not mind the walk to the private beach area. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding to the different beach towns. The property had what we needed for our 5 day stay. If you had pantry items, there wouldn't be a place to store them. The inside was clean and well-maintained, but some items need to be addressed. The sliding glass door no longer has a lock and the door is hard to open. Also, the patio area was not clean - so we did not spend time out there. The property management responded quickly to inquiries.

Perfect condo! Easy, quick walk to beach!

This condo was perfectly designed and equipped with anything and everything my daughter and I needed! Loved the large patio and easy walk to the beach! This is one of my favorite 30A neighborhoods! Management is awesome!

Traffic in the area is heavy, so get groceries on your way to the condo, we enjoyed the beach and local shops/restaurants/fish market across the street. No need to get back into the traffic, once you are there. Everything you need is in walking distance. Bring a bike if you can (adults must ride with kids). Thanks!

Very nice proximity to beach. Kids loved pool. Seafood market across street, wish we bring our bikes. Would stay again.

Know before you Go!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We fell for the "3 minute walk to beach" thing and how quickly they said we could bring our dog (at extra cost of course). The beach you can walk to is so privatized, you get a 20 foot wide swath in which you can sit, or, they will give you a ride in a golf cart to a beach with more access, but this was not clear in the advertisement. You can bring your dog, but your dog will never see the beach. Dogs are only allowed if you actually live there or own property there and have gotten a permit, then, they are allowed from 4 Pm till 8 Am only, but again, only if you are a local. Overall, we felt we were misled by the ads and how the property was portrayed, especially with the beach access thing. The rental itself is tiny, we had to keep out luggage in the car. It might sleep 6, but it is small, like just over 800 square feet. Also, bring your own paper products, they provide a starter kit only, unlike all the other VRBO rentals we have stayed in. Just KNOW BEFORE YOU GO and don't think your dog is really welcomed, not at the beach! We will not be staying here again...
