The place was great, walking distance to the beach, wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques. The town is very quaint and welcoming but the 30 second walk to the beach is the best! No AC so just make sure you are aware of that but that's pretty common in that part of the world. The apartment was great and parking was easy.

We love this property. It is carefully thought out with attention to detail. It has a well equipped kitchen and some meal starter basics. It is walkable to the beach, coffee, restaurants, market, and a variety of shopping opportunities. The pool area is beautiful and it has several areas to BBQ and lounge. It is also close to Santa Barbara where there is much to see and do. I would recommend this simple but comfortable condo

Excellent unit. Great stay. Everything is brand new and clean. Condo is stocked with all the beach essentials. Fans, towels, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards.

We had a great experience at Paul's condo at La Cabana. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach. The condo itself was great: beach gear, beach towels, stocked kitchen, and thoughtful welcome goodies. I had a late flight and Paul was kind enough to accommodate me with a late check out. It really made a difference. Overall fantastic experience.

Good parking. Great location to beach . Clean and well equipped . King bed needs to be replaced other than that everything was good. It’s an upstairs unit overlooking a lovely new pool area. If you are older you may not want the stairs . Overall it was very comfortable, except for king bed .

It was exactly what we expected. It was clean and had lots of amenities we were able to use while we were there. Paul was great with communication and he even added a Keurig and foamer after I asked about it. Thank you Paul for being a great host and providing a great experience.

Comfortable stay near the beach and town. Carp is a very cool beach town with lots of character. This is a great base for exploring the area. We liked the small town vibe. Good apartment that’s well equipped. We really liked the swimming pool.

We spent a month in this comfortable condo. It was a wonderful home away from home with great beds and everything we needed. The location is fantastic - just steps to the beach- and Paul was a great, responsive host. We would love to stay there again!

Such a great place! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever need, beach gear in the closet, lots of games and movies. Location was perfect for easy walks downtown and steps to the beach. Vacay perfection!
