We love this property. It is carefully thought out with attention to detail. It has a well equipped kitchen and some meal starter basics. It is walkable to the beach, coffee, restaurants, market, and a variety of shopping opportunities. The pool area is beautiful and it has several areas to BBQ and lounge. It is also close to Santa Barbara where there is much to see and do. I would recommend this simple but comfortable condo

We had a great experience at Paul's condo at La Cabana. The location was perfect - just steps away from the beach. The condo itself was great: beach gear, beach towels, stocked kitchen, and thoughtful welcome goodies. I had a late flight and Paul was kind enough to accommodate me with a late check out. It really made a difference. Overall fantastic experience.

Good parking. Great location to beach . Clean and well equipped . King bed needs to be replaced other than that everything was good. It’s an upstairs unit overlooking a lovely new pool area. If you are older you may not want the stairs . Overall it was very comfortable, except for king bed .

It was exactly what we expected. It was clean and had lots of amenities we were able to use while we were there. Paul was great with communication and he even added a Keurig and foamer after I asked about it. Thank you Paul for being a great host and providing a great experience.

Comfortable stay near the beach and town. Carp is a very cool beach town with lots of character. This is a great base for exploring the area. We liked the small town vibe. Good apartment that’s well equipped. We really liked the swimming pool.

We spent a month in this comfortable condo. It was a wonderful home away from home with great beds and everything we needed. The location is fantastic - just steps to the beach- and Paul was a great, responsive host. We would love to stay there again!

Paul's condo is perfect for a stay at the beach! Unlike many who say their places are steps from the beach (2 blocks is NOT steps), Paul's place is just across the street from the beach. Carpinteria Beach is a beautiful stretch of easily walkable sand. We loved watching the sunsets. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, but I think it would be equally comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen has everything you can imagine, and Paul even greeted us with the gift of fresh flowers and Pepperidge Farm cookies! A very nice welcoming touch. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was very clean. We never got a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice. And the complex is quiet, which is important to us.Paul is a wonderful host and was quick to respond to all of our communications. He has provided a binder with helpful information on local attractions and restaurants, too.The only downside to our visit was the heat. Of course, we ended up visiting during a heat dome and the condo doesn't have air conditioning. I am extremely heat sensitive so it was a bit uncomfortable for me, but Paul provided lots of fans and we were able to cool things down enough at night to sleep. Bottom line: we would stay here in a heartbeat if we're lucky enough to visit again. Thank you, Paul!

Great beach apartment with perfect location

We stayed for 4 nights and have a wonderful time. Perfect location near the beach (3 min walk), great heated pool, good parking. Also many thanks for the flexibility regarding checkout time!

We live in Santa Barbara, and love the beautiful climate and outdoors. We are fortunate to enjoy such a beautiful place. We moved here from the Boston area, so it's especially nice in the winter. We have 3 boys, a youngest daughter, and all of us love coming to Carpinteria and going to the beach when we get can get down to our condo!

We loved the Carpinteria at first sight. It has a small town, community feeling, and reminded us of New England where we are from. We enjoy the tall palms lining the streets, expansive beaches, local shops of all kinds, warm breezes, and relaxed and friendly people. We live up the 101 in Santa Barbara but come to Carpinteria regularly because we enjoy it. There are many places to explore: wetland preserve, seal rookery, enormous greenhouses (see the orchids). The foothills are also fun to explore. Linden Square is a great addition of shops and restaurants up the street.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our condo is in a small complex, La Cabana, across the street from Carpinteria Beach. Most of the condos are owner occupied, so it does not feel like a vacation resort. We overlook the courtyard and pool from our second floor unit. We can go out the door in the morning, and walk on the beach in the early light or go for a swim. A short walk away is the Spot, a great local hamburger place, and in the other direction is the wetland marsh preserve. From our unit you can hear the ocean and feel the onshore breeze.
