You'll also enjoy views of the nearby golf course from the clean and crisp bedroom complete with a queen bed and full en suite bathroom. Rest easy in the cooling central air conditioning, and prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen that includes full-size appliances, a two-corner counter, and useful small appliances like a slow cooker and blender. There's space to prepare anything you'd like and plenty of room to enjoy it together.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 10.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay

Great location! The beach view from the room is great. The room was clean and had everything we needed. No complaints here! We really enjoyed our stay and Vacasa is amazing to deal with. I’ve booked with them multiple times and always get quick and friendly customer service. We will definitely continue to use them!

Like all other reviews the view is work the stay. But on the other hand. The air vents were dirty and rusty. The pull out bed was broken and uncomfortable. The main bed was uncomfortable and very noisy.

Nice view, but the condo was uncomfortable.

The view was beautiful and we loved the big windows. But both sleeping surfaces were the most uncomfortable. The queen bed in the bedroom is not comfortable and the mattress is so loud everytime my fiancé rolled over it was so loud it would wake me up. So the. The night we slept on the pullout couch and that mattress is so beat up and thin and the frame for the pullout is broken and they tried to bungee cord it up it looks like but you feel every pole and sagging portion through the very thin mattress. And the construction woke us up at 7am every morning

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a lot of construction so main pool was closed. We will stay again.

Adequate but aging

Property is ok for 7 day stay. It is very close to beach and facilities. The outside furniture legs on patio is aging, rusted and an accident waiting to happen. Needs replacements. The cable in bedroom went out and management sent person out and stated they couldn't fix. It was down the entire time and not addressed again. No biggie for us but maybe for others.

View was good

The Tv in bedroom did not work I tried to get it fixed but the front desk could not help. I had contacted by text I got the living room fixed but could not get bed room fixed. When I got in the night stand to get remote there were used nasty paper towels. The outside furniture was rusting, the legs were rusted and wobbly as well as the table.

Pristine view, fair property

The view was beautiful and location perfect! However the building is under construction which should be in the listing. The condo itself needs to be cleaner. Orange peels found under the couch, vents and fans filthy, a pair of pants wadded up in the drawers of the dresser, dirty tissues in the night stand drawer. The tv in the bedroom did not work. Only the Couch to sit on in the living room which was dirty and stained. This place needs an update and better cleanliness. Would definitely stay in the area and Sunbird again, but definitely not this unit.

Not as Advertised

I have reached out a few times regarding this stay with no return call on the way we received it, through the construction taking place, through being unable to use the balcony. I use VRBO multiple times a month for my employees, and I will say, I am disappointed in the lack of care on this. We left the property days early because it was not as advertised and we were informed that the balcony couldn't be used. Highly disappointed with lack of communication.

The location is sublime. The view is also great, but lack of curtains or blinds means the view is always there, regardless of time of day.

Great View

The view from the balcony of this condo was absolutely amazing! The large windows added extra beautiful views too. My husband and I enjoyed our late honeymoon for the most part. The pools were open and very nice and well maintained. All staff was friendly and helpful. There were some downfalls of staying at this condo though. I normally do not complain or fuss but if I’m paying a sum of money to stay somewhere, I expect cleanliness. The baseboards (especially bathroom) need a good scrubbing. There was no broom so we went to buy our own. Each room needs a broom for the sand tracked in from the beach. Also, myself and other guests were under the impression that there were washer/dryers in the units… Nope. But there was a public laundry room available down stairs. No big deal, we made it work and had clean clothes. **The big issue was roaches. On our second evening after coming in from dinner, we saw 2 roaches. Killed them and cleaned them up. I messaged the agent from Vacasa. Sure enough the next day there was another roach, then another. We ended up leaving a day early from our stay because we were over the roaches. Our neighbors said they did not have any issues with bugs at all. A couple of days later the agent messaged me back and offered to give us a refund for the night we didn’t stay. She was very understanding and easy to work with. Other than the bugs and a few small issues with cleanliness, the condo was good but not one of my favorites.

PCB week stay.

This space was perfect for my partner and i. The location was great and the view was as well, and the beach was not crowded which we loved! The only down sides were the kitchen was small no frying pan, the shower didn’t have any placement for soap etc but other than that the place was amazing. Thank you.

It was nice for the price and the view was awesome however the cleaning crew could step up their game mattress cover for pull out couch was dirty and found bracelets and vapes in and under the couch they replace the mattress pad within the same day I'm just glad my kids didn't get ahold of the vape over all would stay here again

Very Disappointed

We have stayed at condos on Panama City Beach over the decades and this is by far the worst. It was clean but many items in disrepair and sparsely furnished. There was just one couch in the living area with no real chairs. The couch bed portion slanted back in the head area and had springs falling off. The cabinets in the kitchen look like they had peel off paint and it was coming off at the edges. The crown molding didn't go to the edges, there was very little in the way of kitchen utensils. The bedroom lacked a main light, the bathroom didn't even had an exhaust fan and the vanity and cabinets did not fit the room so they used wood to fill in the gaps. The bed mattress was not comfortable and left us both with sore backs. There wasn't a comfortable lounge chair on the balcony and just two bar stools where one of them had a rusted leg which was shorter than the rest and my wife almost fell. Usually the condos on Panama City Beach have a standard and this was so far from what we are used to. To give perspective, this is the only negative review I have ever given and honestly thought about moving out after the first night at our own expense. I was embarrassed to have planned this weekend for my wife and daughter. In my opinion this should be taken off the rental list immediately and I feel that I should be refunded for the stay. I will say that the staff was very good though. I hope the owner will put the money necessary to make this into a nice unit.

Not so great…

Location & view are great! The mustiness in the unit’s bathroom and roaches, not so much. Property ok overall but updates need to be made to this unit’s bathroom. It had no ventilation, so there is an ongoing musty smell in the bathroom. We spotted 5+ small roaches in kitchen & bedroom & 15+ Large roaches crawling up the walls outside on the 1st floor & even a few on this unit’s balcony. So sorry, but I definitely would not stay here again.

Needs work

Bed was so noisy we had to put the mattress on the floor in the living room. Needs painting. Window in bedroom had a kitchen curtain attempting to cover window. Front door electronic lock quit working. Front office had no key. Called for assistance from VACASA and they sent a maintenance person(35 min later). He had to literally cut the lock off and replace it. We were out of the room over 1 hr. Refrigerator door opens up and hits the kitchen counter so you cant open it all the way up. Does have nice view of the ocean. Secure parking lot.For the money paid should have been in better shape and front office should have had an extra key.

Great stay!

Great little condo. Great view from the balcony and the property is very nice and quiet. Nice and relaxing part of the beach as well, not a lot of ruckus and rowdy kids. Very close to Walmart and walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s which was nice for lunch. Would definitely stay again!

The view was amazing, it was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and steps away from the beach. The pool areas was very nice (3 pools total, 1 was heated). The bed however was less desirable. It was noisy and hard. Every time one of us would move it woke the other up. There was a small curtain that only covered the bottom half of the window. At night it was so bright, we had to rig it so the curtain was at the top area and we put a beach towel to block out the light and so others couldn’t see in. They really need a full curtain there. The shower could use some tilex, but overall it was okay. The kitchen was great, no issues at all. But again, the view was simply amazing!

Nice Property

The Condo was nice and as described, and the view was amazing. I will say though that from the comments requesting curtains on the windows in the unit from past tenants from months ago I would have thought that they would have been provided. However no curtains in bedroom or on sliders in main area. I sent my husband to the store to by simple curtain to put on the bedroom window as those that have balconies right outside the window can clearly see inside - not very appropriate. It cost me all of $20 - something the owner should have easily been able to do. Hubby unfortunately misgauged the size of the window and only bought a 36" set but it worked and Im sure is still there. The top panel is in the drawer of the dresser by the window if someone wants to by another tension rod for $4. But that said there needs to be curtains added to the Sliders as well. The tint does not alleviate the need for curtains as I could clearly also see inside the other condos windows as well when their curtains were open. Only other recommendation would be to supply a nicer mattress. With the profits from these condos during the year Providing a nice mattress for tenants to sleep would be appropriate. Otherwise it was a nice condo, Vacasa was wonderful on ensuring we had everything needed to check-in, etc. We would rent again.
