Relaxing getaway

We loved our stay. The beach access was delightful. We rented chairs for the whole time and were able to come and go as we pleased. Loved it!

Weekend getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway! We enjoyed the view, hanging out by the pool, walking on the beach and the gym. There was some construction going on around the property but we had been informed of this and it did not really interfere with our plans

Perfect birthday getaway with my bestie!!

We arrived earlier than anticipated due to weather issues and were promptly given an early check-in with no additional fee. The place was just as pictured, clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath necessities. Sheets and towels are great quality! Ohh and the blankets!!! We had a most wonderful 4 nights of relaxation! Food choices are limited beachside within walking distance however drive a short way down the scenic highway to many options. Oyster lovers will be happy!! For crab legs, we bought our own and cooked indoors. Inland there are many excellent local dining options as far as Italian and Chinese. Would highly recommend this company!! We will definitely use them again all along the coast!! Thank you for a most wonderful experience Happy customers here!!

Good location and clean

Older property but nice. Had a few issues that I needed to call about regarding a broken coffee table, broken light pull chain on ceiling fan, and tub that drained slow. Response was fast and issues were corrected. Beautiful clean beach and the beach staff very friendly and helpful.

Beach retreat

Area was perfect - not too crowded. Property was as expected - right on beach, clean, all necessities available. Communication was perfect. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Gift shops and restaurants in walking distance.

First Time in Perdido Keys

Resort was quiet....family oriented. Nothing like PCB. Everyone was friendly. The manager called me at 3pm and said there was a water leak either in our condo or below us.... security and maintenance showed up at our door at 9:30 pm and found the hot water heater was leaking in our condo. They fixed it that night in about 45 minutes. Other than that, our stay was quiet and uneventful. We will be returning.

Christmas Getaway

This is our second time booking this condo and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the condo itself, the staff, location, and Luxury Coastal Vacations. On a whim, my spouse and I decided to spend Christmas on the beach this year. When we saw this unit available, we booked immediately. It was a fantastic stay and we will be back this summer!

Beautiful view, Perfect location, but Missing a few details

My husband and I stayed here in mid Oct for 5 nights. We had a small delay getting into the condo as were given the wrong door code, but was corrected as soon as I called. The view from this unit is as described- Oceanfront - we loved that. A few things to note as I did not see in other reviews: -The supplies in the kitchen were lacking a few items that are normally in most rentals ie: no coffee filters or coffee (not even a starter pack), Also, I only found one large skillet to cook in- which was fine- but just good to know. No salt or pepper (which I didn't want to buy just for 5 days) No games, so we purchased a pack of cards at the dollar store and left them for the next guest. - The furniture is a little worn and not very comfortable, but everyone's taste are different. I don't mind it being worn, but the comfort level is important. On the good side we had a small maintenance issue with the master bedroom toilet and it was fixed immediately. So I do appreciate that. Overall, this condo has great views, right on the beach, and a good location to restaurants. Also, it would have been nice to have a throw blanket on the couch as it was chilly while we were there.

Amazing Stay

My spouse and I booked this property in March for a much-needed 10 day vacation. And wow! The condo did not disappoint! Amazing, wonderful vacation and we cannot wait to return! Luxury Coastal Vacations was very easy to work and communicate with. I would have given 10 stars if that was an option. We’re already looking to book this property again in December and next summer. Beautiful!

I traveled with my 6 and 4 year old. We had a great time on the beach as well as in the indoor and outdoor pool. There is a nice restaurant and shops across the street that you can walk to. We never had to get in our car. We just walked over for supper, shopping, and ice cream. Which was so nice while traveling with kids.

Spring break

Everything great except mattress on sofa sleeper! Teenage girls (120 lbs or less) could feel metal bars through it! Called maintenance - no one came that day - at the end of next day, they brought an inflatable mattress! It did not hold air well!
