Villa Sea Forever, Big Ocean View, Heart of Manuel Antonio

Biggest most amazing Ocean view from the living room and porch. You can see 50 miles of coast all the way to Jaco, and can see boats 25 miles out to sea. Big porch with outdoor dining. It feels like you can see the whole Pacific. Maybe one of the nicest views in Manuel Antonio!

We are located in a small gated community with 3 other houses. There is a very secure parking lot with a night guard to watch the cars. Daily Housekeeping. This is located on the main road between Quepos to Manuel Antonio so there is a little road noise. You will also have to climb 3 flights of stairs to get from the parking to the house. But it's worth it for the most AMAZING view in Manuel Antonio.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful (especially the view) and the assistance we got from Jose, who helped us book tours, taxis and reservations throughout our trip, made everything extremely easy, relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back!

Beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very clean. It is in the middle of Manuel Antonio, over a street yet very private. We saw beautiful parrots from the balcony and had an outstanding view of the ocean. Fabian was very responsive and helpful with any question we had. Just a quick walk to markets or restaurants and a short drive to Manuel Antonio NP.

SeaScape Villas Review

We really enjoyed our stay at SeaScape Villas. The property has a stunning view and checkin/out with Jose and Andres what super easy and they were a huge help. Shirley the maid was amazing, she did our laundry and kept the place spic and span. The place is super convenient to many fantastic restaurants so we enjoyed walking to dinner, breakfast etc. The place is also secure and very safe feeling. The only negative I could say is the main road is right out front and is quite loud but the view quite honestly is unbeatable and the sunsets are fantastic. I'd stay here again for sure.

Gorgeous Views

We had a fantastic stay with our family of five including 3 young kids. The condo is very spacious and even better than the pictures show! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals and the grocery store is within walking distance which was great. We loved eating out in the balcony, rocking in the rocking chairs and swinging the the hammocks and watching the parrots and toucans! We had fun swimming in the pool, and loved that towels were switched out daily. Everything was clean, Jose was very helpful and we would stay again if we ever visit again. It was so close to Manuel Antonio, Espadilla Beach and not too far from Nauyaca Falls, we loved it!

Beautiful Little Villa

Great little spot. The view is absolutely amazing. Pictures don’t do it justice. Fabian was great and easy to work with. It’s well appointed and was clean. It’s actually a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. It can easily sleep 4-6 people. Quick Caution: This villa sits right on the main road between Manuel Antonio and Quepos. If you are bothered by the sounds of diesel engines and motorcycles this is not going to be a good choice for you.

Great view.

The view from the balcony and pool is spectacular. The house/apartment is clean, the kitchen is well stocked and basic cooking supplies are provided (salt, sugar, oil, coffee). We got to see monkeys and a few birds on the balcony during our visit which was really nice for the kids. The pool was really nice. There is ample shaded parking as well as a watchman at night. We encountered a couple of issues during our stay. Jordan is very responsive. The internet didn’t work for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. The water pressure was incredibly slow during 2 out of 3 days of our stay. After beach days, not being able to shower quickly became a big hassle with young kids. The laundry machines are located outside by the car parking area in a shed with no lights. Overall, a nice place with an incredible view- with few issues which may not be big deal for folks without kids.

Dang, we have the fastest fiber optic internet from the best company in Manuel Antonio but sometimes it goes down. We also offer laundry service where we wash clothes for guests. At least she liked the house :(. Anywhere in Costa Rica the internet can go down, its just luck. So sorry.

Unbelievable views

We checked in and we’re amazed with the views, exactly like in the pictures but even better in person! Pool was great for us all and excellent service and recommendations from Jose. Would love to stay here again next time.

Amazing experience

John, Jose and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. Place was spotless, they even wash and fold our cloth every day. We will won’t look any further next time.

Perfect location and amazing view

We love everything about this property. Andres was so helpful and accommodating. Great location and short walking distance to shops, great restaurants and activities. The view is to die for. We will stay here from now on.

This place has the craziest, most unbelievable view in Costa Rica. You can see 40 miles of beach from the balcony and even see boats out fishing at 25 miles. The best sunset I've ever seen.
