The Sandpiper Cottage is a quaint 2-bedroom home in the heat of Seagrove Beach! With sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests, proximity to the beach, and access to 2 community pools and a tennis court, Stolen Moments provides a relaxed and convenient stay on 30A for your entire family!

The S. Andalusia Beach access is located directly across 30A from the community entrance. This prime stretch of public beach gives renters plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf Coast!

Nestled in the sought-after community, The Grove by the Sea, positioned at the heart of Seagrove Beach, our location is truly unbeatable. Seaside and a variety of restaurants are just a stroll or bike ride away. Embrace the outdoors with miles of paved bike/walking path right across the street from The Grove's entrance, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of all 30A has to offer. Plus, the public beach walkover awaits directly across 30A from the subdivision's entrance, ensuring convenient access to our white-sand beaches.

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 2 Vehicles.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.

• NO STREET PARKING



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.

The cottage is super cute with an open floor plan and a nice screened porch. It was VERY clean, especially for a dog-friendly place (which we appreciated as we brought our dog who felt at home). The primary bed mattress was very comfy, and that bathroom shower is spacious. All of the tvs worked great. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, and it’s only 1 mile from Seaside. We would choose to stay here again!I messaged beforehand about how we like to cook and was told the kitchen was fully stocked…I would say it’s fairly basic. Notes: - No matter how long you stay (for us, 2 weeks), you get 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, 2 paper towels, and 1 extra kitchn trashbag. - There were supposed to be 2 beach chairs. I’m assuming they were in the locked shed that had no key.- I rated (required) the pool facilities 5 stars; we did not use them, but they looked nice and picked up and were close.- Though the cottage is dog-friendly, the beaches are not unless you obtain a permit; however, permits are only available to residents or property owners. This is simply an fyi for travelers/tourists.

Enjoyable Stay at Sandpiper cottage

We spent 6 days at this cute cottage. Overall the location is close to the beach and easily accessible walking or biking. We used the pool often at the property and enjoyed it. The home came with everything we needed.

Mom and Daughter Getaway

My daughter and I take a trip for her birthday every year and this year she chose Seaside, Florida. It was our first time to the area and we couldn’t have been happier. The house was exactly as described and fabulous. The first day the TV went out and I contacted the property manager via text and they quickly came in and replaced the tv. They were extremely responsive and friendly. We enjoyed the pools, the bikes, and the beach. The access to the beach has a lot of stairs so I wouldn’t recommend a wagon to carry your beach gear over, but that really wasn’t an issue. We had another amazing trip and enjoyed every minute of it. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect place and location

This house is perfect for family vacation. It had everything we needed to prep meals at the house and provided bikes for us to use. It was clean and quiet location, within walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. The pools in the neighborhood are nice too. We will rent here again.

Lovely Winter Stay at Sandpiper Cottage

Such a cute and cozy cottage. And we just LOVE this quaint, quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and into Seaside. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay except beach chairs. To be fair, the listing did mention this and I didn't think we would need them in January so I didn't pack any. But we had such lovely weather (a welcome surprise!) and I would have loved to have been able to sit on the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets we had all week. Instead, we just sat on the beach access steps or walked down to Seaside to enjoy the sunset from the boardwalk - so not a big deal at all. The proximity to Seaside is wonderful and we loved not having to worry about parking. Truly a lovely place and we hope to rent it again next January.

Great spot close to beach and pools!

We loved staying in the Grove by the Sea neighborhood and really liked Sandpiper Cottage for our family. It was just the right size and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The screened-in porch was really nice for coffee in the morning and relaxing, and the inside had a comfy sofa and chairs. The bedrooms were perfect and comfortable and it was super nice having two bathrooms. We would definitely come back and stay in this neighborhood again!

Perfect size for 3

This is a lovely home, perfect for one adult and two teenagers, the bikes were a great amenity. The house was mostly clean, I dropped something behind the dresser in the primary bedroom and it was filthy under there, lots of dust also I had to put batteries in the TV remote in the primary bedroom and then still could not change the channel. These were minor things and somewhat annoying but overall the house was great!

Cute Cottage

The management company was quick to respond and they were super helpful with our last minute booking. The cottage is cute and the neighborhood was quiet during the time we stayed. Bikes were readily available making it easy to ride around and get to know the area. The house though had furniture (particularly in the living room) that was uncomfortable after sitting for a while, and the t,v. in the living room did not work properly (especially the audio). The cottage is painted a lovely color inside and the layout is great as the two bedrooms are separated and spacious enough. We enjoyed our time there and are grateful for the quick response to our inquiries.

Great vacation location

We enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cottage. The house was a great location for the beach. It’s a mile away from seaside town square. Easy to walk/bike and nice to be a little distance from the hustle and bustle of Seaside. My only complaint would be that the coffee pot was dirty/moldy but they had a keurig too so we were able to use that.

Best vacation

The neighborhood was safe for our kids to ride bikes and play catch. It was beautiful and felt like we were in the middle of a forest. We walked to seaside every morning for coffee and didn’t use our car once. The house was great and had everything we needed. Except for a cutting board. We enjoyed the screened-in porch daily. We will definitely be staying in this neighborhood and possibly house again!
