Grove By The Sea - Panhandle Dreams



The Space:

Coastal bliss awaits at Panhandle Dreams, a choice home at Grove by the Sea. Delight in two community pools that are open year-round, as well as on-site tennis courts/pickleball court. Stroll to Seagrove Beach for sun-kissed days in the sugar-white sand and surf. Spend tranquil evenings amidst lush landscape while dining alfresco at the outdoor table on the wraparound screened porch. Or venture out to find a selection of dining and shopping options within a mile. A prime central locale right off scenic 30A, enjoy easy access to many outdoor activities, including numerous beaches, state parks, bike trails, and coastal dune lakes. Beach gear, toys, books, and games are provided.



Unwind into vacation mode in the living area, furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. Gather for a movie around the 50” TV with DVD and Blu-ray. Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink and a full suite of helpful appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating.



In the afternoon, enjoy a quiet read on the cushioned sofa swing. After days at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

The Neighborhood:

There are two pools located in Grove by the Sea community. Tennis courts/pickleball courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis. One pool is located at the entrance on N. Andalusia Ave. The second pool and tennis court is located off Cullman Avenue, back side of community.

Perfect 30A property!

Nice, quiet neighborhood, short walk to beach, away from the crowds, clean house, private parking and beach items available for use. Wonderful stay, we would absolutely book again!

Cute Southern home

This home is so cute & the screened-in porch is a huge bonus. When coming in sandy it's a great place to clean up before coming inside. The bedrooms with doors to the porch are a nice feature as well. Will definitely want golf carts or bikes while staying at this house. It's a decent walk to any restaurant or beach.

This home is just a few minutes walk from the beach, a few minutes drive from Seaside, and yet so very peaceful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Property had everything we needed for a very enjoyable vacation! Clean and roomy. Short walk to beach and close to everything. Lovely neighborhood - sidewalks are shaded all times of day (good for walking dogs with dark coats, who get hot!). Bring or rent bikes - shown in photo, but not included. Would love to come back!

Awesome but unsettling

Stay was overall very good but we were startled that either the owner or another guest was staying in the room above the house. It’s their house but it was weird ( scary for all female guests) to hear someone walking above us when we were unaware that it would be happening.

Roomy, comfortable house in a lovely neighborhood

Loved this house- it was so comfortable. Felt like walking into a home versus a rental and it was a great amount of space for the price. Some reviews complained of the bathrooms and kitchen being dated but it didn't bother us because everything was immaculately clean. Nice neighborhood, good for walks/runs, with two beautiful pools and an easy walk to the beach. 5 minute drive to seaside and Publix. Would definitely stay here again when we make our yearly trip to 30a.

Christmas at the Beach

We absolutely love this house! It was beautiful, feels very secluded even though it is close to everything. We were able to walk to almost everything we needed. We appreciated the use of the beach wagon and boogie boards! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for evening strolls. We especially loved the screened in porch, we ate out there regularly. The kids loved it as well. We will definitely be back!
