この施設について

Amazing View. We walked in, saw the view from the balcony and had to have this condo! You can see the dolphin from the balcony. It is a prefect location, beachfront with a pool right in front of the condo and another one being completed as I type this. Add a cafe and Tiki Bar and you have the perfect beach escape!

As we have with our other 2 units, as soon as we bought it, we started upgrading and making it our own. Linda does an amazing job decorating. So far we have: new mattresses in the master bedroom and sleeper sofa; new 50 inch Smart TV in the guest bedroom; new ceiling fan in the guest bedroom; new vanities in the master and guest bathrooms; new Keurig dual pod/coffee maker; new smoothie making blender; new dishes, glasses, coffee cups and silverware; new pots and pans; and new towels and bedding throughout the unit. We have ordered a new stainless steel fridge, with ice and water in the door to be delivered April 30. We also pride ourselves in being available to answer any questions by phone or email!

Condo was the very best of everything

It is rare to find something as good as is promised. The condo was perfect with wonderful views of the beach, pools and from the front door Destin. Everything was clean and extremely well stocked. You do not need to bring anything kitchen related when you stay here. The location was also great with restaurants, bars, gift shops and putt-putt all within a very short walk. I was extremely happy with my choice and stay in Destin.

It has been a lifelong dream of mine to own a place at the beach. In 2020 and 2021 my wife Linda and I were able to purchase three dream condos. We plan to enjoy these amazing properties as much as possible. When we are not using them, we want you and your family to be able to enjoy this wonderful area. We don't want to be just the normal short term rental company, we want to provide a first class experience for our guests in every way!
