5 bed/4 full bath 3,000 sq. ft. fully renovated home in the heart of Asbury Park. Open floor plan. Comfortably sleeps up to 12 persons. Great for a large family or group of friends. Central air conditioning. Outdoor entertainment space. 1GB Internet Speed and multiple desks/working spaces for remote work. Home security system.

Quick walk (3-4 min) to Cookman Ave. and Main St. Walking distance (less than 8-10 min) or very quick bike ride to beach/boardwalk and Asbury Park NJ Transit Train Station w/ hourly service to Manhattan. 4 AP beach badges; 4 Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels; 4 adult bicycles w/ locks. 30-nights+ rentals only.

1st Floor:

- Front porch
- Living Room with sofa, chairs, 65" Smart TV above marble fireplace
- Dining Area with table and chairs
- Full Bathroom for showers after the beach

more wonderful than we expected

My sister and I and our families had a wonderful time - the house had everything and more we needed and the location was perfect. Matt was especially gracious and helpful, making it easy for those of us who were working remotely and those who were on a full out vacation. The house immediately gave all of us a much needed sense of respite and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning one day.

Perfection!!!

My family and I were fortunate enough to find this listing and could not have been happier. Having stayed in many VRBO's to date this experience ranks at the top. Aside from the beautifully, updated and appointed house and its perfect location for attending the Sea, Hear & Now Festival, the attention to detail Matt provided was exceptional and very much appreciated. We have never stayed in a property which provided every amenity we could think of. From the beautiful, lighted backyard/ patio entertaining space to EVERYTHING you would need in a kitchen, including dishwasher pods, we felt like we were at home. We had a full house and everyone was comfortable with ample room for visiting. Thank you Matt for sharing your beautiful home and being a wonderful host.

Perfect, nice, big house for families

This house was everything I wanted it to be for my family with young kids. It's one of the few rentals that actually is like the photos in real life. The kitchen is really big and nice, incredibly well-stocked. Big open living space. Great layout of bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The owner is a great communicator, and it's clear they really care about the place. Highly recommend.
