Fully remodeled and very inviting, this third-floor condo is ready to host you for a memorable getaway to Panama City Beach with your closest friends. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a window to let in the sunshine, an adjacent dining area with seating for six, and a cozy living area with comfortable furniture and a cable-equipped, flatscreen TV. Outside relax and take in infinite Gulf views off your furnished balcony as you sip a favorite cocktail with loved ones and reminisce over the fun that was had that day. When it's time to cool off, grab the provided beach towels and visit the complex pool or walk down to the beach for fun, sun-filled afternoons.

This condo sits right in the heart of Panama City Beach, so head in any direction and you are guaranteed to find something for everyone to enjoy! Beautiful Saint Andrews State Park offers walking trails and jetty views just east of this property. Great location

The condo was exactly as described. The location was far enough away from water park, etc to be bothered by traffic. The only downfall was how fast you have to enter a long code to get into the condo. It takes several times and you have to go fast overwise it cuts you off if you don’t enter within those few seconds.

Great Location, condo is how it was presented in the pictures. Beach was great. we had problems with the air conditioner. The night we arrived it was 82 degrees in condo and the humidity was 8o%. There was a dehumidifier there, so we ran it nonstop and had to empty it every 4-5 hours. we could not open any doors at night because of the humidity. It took a day and 1/2 to get the air running. Beside the air problem the stay was good.

Had everything we needed!

The host company, Vacasa, was great for timely check in information! The place was very clean upon arrival. We were able to use stairs or the elevator to get to and from the apartment and main floor since we were on the third floor. There were enough dishes and cooking tools for us but not an abundance of items to choose from. The king size bed was very comfortable! The pull out sofa was okay to use as a sofa (not the most comfortable). The view of the beach and very short walk to the beach was awesome! We had an issue with the 10 digit code one time. The Vacasa customer service rep was awesome in helping with a timely solution! We would stay here again!!

Nice Balcony, But Bring Socks and Patience

I stayed in unit #302B at The Commodore in Panama City Beach this past weekend. The room itself wasn’t awful, the balcony view was beautiful and definitely the highlight but there were several issues that took away from the experience. The floors were pretty dirty not just sandy, but like they haven’t been properly mopped in a long time. I saw another review mention the same thing, so it’s clearly an ongoing issue. Walking around barefoot left our feet black. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, pretty firm and the sheets were very thin. The room also had a (loud) dehumidifier, which seemed necessary because the air still felt humid despite us never opening the doors (as instructed by signs posted everywhere). The other frustrating part of the stay was the door lock. We got locked out through no fault of our own, and maintenance had to come out and adjust the lock before we could get back in. Thankfully, guest services were helpful and quick to send someone. WiFi worked well, the bathrooms were clean, and the amenities were okay. Overall, it’s not a 5-star experience in my book but it’s also not a 1-star. I will be back to Panama City, just not at the Commodore.

Great Getaway

Commodore 302 was the perfect getaway for a long weekend. The listing description was spot on and a very nice space with everything you need from extra towels to hand sanitizer. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Love location

The condo is fully equipped, very clean when we arrived and we live the location. The only downside to this condo is having to empty a dehumidifier twice a day. When we arrived the humidity was 75% with a fully dehumidifier.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved the Commodore! It was clean, decorated beautifully, and the quick walk down the steps to the beach was perfect! The condo came fully stocked with all kitchen items needed for the week. We enjoyed the pool and walk to the local pub.

Great views and nice condo!

I am a travel agent and I really liked this condo. This condo was very nice and the views were awesome! The furnished balcony is a plus! The patio furniture is great and much better than most places I've stayed. Also, being on the 3rd floor is good because you can use the stairs if you want. The condo is also private which is great for security. They also provided Beach chairs and the kitchen was fully equipped. I will stay here again.
