Mooi appartement, goede centrale ligging, mooi zicht op zee.

Alles was zeer netjes, en het verliep heel vlot wat de verhuur service betreft De bedden zijn klein en de matrassen konden beter voor onze behoeften.

We zijn erg blij om te horen dat u heeft genoten van het mooie appartement, het prachtige uitzicht op zee en de centrale ligging. Ook fijn dat alles naar wens verliep met onze service en dat alles zo netjes was. Wat betreft uw opmerking over de bedden, willen we graag toelichten dat deze de standaardafmetingen hebben die in Spanje gebruikelijk zijn. Omdat het meubilair eigendom is van de verhuurder, zullen we uw feedback over het comfort van de matrassen zeker aan hen doorgeven. Hopelijk mogen we u in de toekomst nogmaals verwelkomen! Apartamento muy nuevo e impoluto.

El apartamento cuenta con comodidades de valor añadido, no mencionadas a la hora de alquilar: Aunque no tuvimos que utilizarlas, tenía 2 sillas de playa, sombrilla y nevera portátil. La cubertería, vajilla y cristalería son muy completas. En la cocina, aparte de los electrodomésticos habituales, existe cafetera Senseo (de cápsulas blandas), plancha de asar y tostadora de pan. Uno de los baños cuenta con secador de pelo. Existen elementos de limpieza más que suficientes, incluyendo una aspiradora a batería. El establecimiento, a modo de cortesía, facilita una dósis de jabón para lavavajillas, una cápsula de detergente para la ropa, una bayeta y un estropajo nuevos. El sistema de check in/out fuera de horario comercial es excelente. No tuvimos ningún problema para recoger las llaves y devolverlas. Respecto a la limpieza, pueden felicitar a su equipo de nuestra parte. No encontramos nada sucio en ningún rincón de la casa. El sistema de climatización, como suele ser habitual en la zona, está temporizado a 2 horas máximas, tras las cuales, hay que volverlo a activar. Esto nos obligó, en nuestra estancia con noches frías, a levantarnos en mitad de la noche para volver a encenderlo. Se agradecería un sistema que proporcionase más horas de servicio continuo.

Hemos estado muy bien, alojamiento muy cómodo, buen menaje de cocina, buena orientación del alojamiento. Por decir algo, la limitación del aire acondicionado a dos horas de duración, pero igual había una forma de modificar la opción que no conocíamos.

Très bel appartement moderne avec vue sur la mer

L'endroit proche de la côte. Le calme. La piscine. Très bel appartement mais équipé bas de gamme Ikea. Petits lits de 140 , mauvais oreillers ... e.a. pas de percolateur. Propreté à revoir.

Los horarios del check-in

La casa en general muy bien La entrada y la salida de la casa. Es un robo de horas la entrada a las 16.00 y la salida antes de las 10.00. Siempre ha sido de 12 a 12am Viendo desde Madrid ha sido un fastidio e inconveniente tener que hacer tiempo e ir con las maletas hasta las 16.00

Entendemos que entrar a las 16h puede ser un inconveniente, sobre todo conmaletas pero desgraciadamente como agencia gestionamos varios pisos y por el bien de la organización hay que respetar estos horarios.
