Beautiful Condo full of Amenities – Minutes to the Beach, Right on 30A

Come relax at “Emerald Coast Escape” just .3 miles – less than 5 minute walk – to the beach. Constructed in 2020, this gorgeous condo is located in a brand new, private gated community right on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. With endless upgrades and furnished with beautiful, high-end luxurious items designed with maximum comfort in mind, you’ll instantly slip into Beach Mode.

This Condo features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and will sleep up to 8 people. All beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings.
The master bedroom features a dreamy king bed with high-end high thread count linens for a restful night sleep, an ensuite bathroom and French doors out to the balcony.
The 2nd Bedroom features one queen bed and the 3rd bedroom features a full size bed and a twin trundle bed. Both rooms also have high-end luxury linens and mattresses for your best night sleep.
The living room features a large 55” TV and bedrooms all three have 32’ TV with free HULU access.
The open concept kitchen and living area is the perfect way to spend time with your group. Furnished with a large comfortable couch to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The perfect white kitchen with quartz countertops is fully equipped with anything you need to cook a meal or enjoy a beverage. Condo also has in unit washer and dryer.
Large patio doors open to private secluded balcony protected by trees to allow for a personal quiet place to have your morning coffee, read a book or enjoy an afternoon happy hour.
Specialty features of the condo include: cooler for the beach, beach towels, and bathrooms stocked with travel size toiletries.
All guests will have access to the beautiful zero entry pool and fitness center complete with all the equipment you will need to get that perfect vacation workout.
The condo is also perfectly located in the heart of 30A, just ½ mile – 10 minute walk - from Gulf Place, which hosts restaurants, shopping and live music.

Our family stays here as this is our second home, so we know this is the perfect spot for your family to enjoy the beauty of 30A!!

Great beach vacation
We loved our stay at Santa Rosa Beach. The location was perfect and the walk is just minutes from the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers were great and the wagon helped us haul everything down there easily. The condo was well-equipped and there was plenty of room for our family. The bikes helped us get around more easily, but we were walking distance from coffee, shops, and good places to eat. There was even a nice pool, but we never used it because the beach was so close. We’d stay here again in a second!

Best Place to Stay on 30A
This property was the most wonderful place we’ve stayed on 30A in 15 years of vacationing the area. Christy was so kind and available. The condo was pristine and beautiful and when we come back, we’ll definitely be checking the availability of this property!

Perfect 30A getaway
We had the best stay at this Hidden Lakes condo. It truly is a gem! Great location with walking/biking distance to restaurants and shops! We will definitely be back!

We are a family from MN that has been vacationing in SRB for the last 15 years! We even recently lived there during the pandemic so our kids could attend in person school!! Its the best area, great restaurants, safe and the most beautiful beaches! We wanted a place to come to more often and this condo is the perfect spot!

Great location! Close to Gulf Place and the beach. Brand new construction so they are beautiful! and a pool for the kids to swim after a day at the beach!
