Perfect location right on the beach. Nice and quiet area. There was even a coffee shop and a delicious restaurant right across the street! The condo was clean and comfortable. Bedsheets were comfortable to sleep in. Blackout curtains were a nice touch. The only thing I would make others aware of is the kitchen doesn't have any coffee filters for the coffee machine. We brought our own coffee but no filters - we'll be better prepared next time!

The beach view was nice. The condo was very nice. a couple suggestions: they could use a few more larger coffee mugs...I am sure they get broke overtime. Also the shower handle needs to be removed and cleaned. Other than that it was a very nice property. we will be back soon!

This place was great and looked just like the photos, the view of the beach was amazing! It was awesome to just walk across the street to get to the shops and restaurants. Would reccomend!

Quick getaway

Clean one bedroom right on the beach. Nice smaller pool when you get tired of the sand. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Our long weekend was not cram packed with visitors which made it even better. Easy to check in and out.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary this summer! We wanted a relaxing beach getaway: a place right on the beach so we could have coffee on the balcony overlooking the emerald coast, or go for a sunset beach walk. Perdido Skye mostly gave us what we were looking for. We had a full kitchen and grocery shops nearby, but also restaurants a short walk or drive away, so we had opportunities to stay in or go out. The condo had a washer and dryer, nice! Local stores & art shops. Being close to the Naval Air Station, we often saw air traffic right on the beach (my husband loves aviation) and he got to go to the Blue Angels practice. We enjoyed adventurous parasailing and relaxing movies in the condo. Our only issue during our stay was the construction on the pool deck meant the pool was closed, the beach access was closed, and we got the noise of construction each day as we sat on our balcony. Coffee with sand, waves, circular saws, men yelling at each other, impact drivers and drills…oh my! I’m sure the pool area will be amazing when they’re done, but for us it was a headache. It took away from the relaxing getaway we were looking for. We had to walk on a rough path through the vegetation to get to the beach, instead of having a nice boardwalk. That part was very disappointing. Also, beach chairs/umbrellas, you buy your own or rent. Overall, the condo itself was very nice. The location was heavenly. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! It was wonderful!

Clean unit

The unit was clean and just as advertised. My only complaint is the parking. The back spaces are taken up by equipment to the point that two people had to park illegally (including myself, who had to park in the unloading space after getting in at midnight). There were also cars with tags from neighboring condos parked in the lot. I'm hoping that the owners do a better job at providing better parking.

Great Place to Stay

Spent 2 nights and had a great time. The only issues we had were the renovations going on at the time and the 9am checkout time. We knew of both issues at the time of the reservation so it would be unfair to detract from the review except for the 9am check-out. Most check-out times are generally 11am. Because of the renovations, the parking is a little tight but we always had a parking spot. The unit is well equipped and the listing is spot on. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The Gulf breezes are soothing and relaxing. Once the renovations are completed there is no reason for anything less than 5 stars across the board. We would rent again.

The cleanest condo I have been to in a while 😀

Everything was great-easy to find, park, etc. Anything you need is nearby-Jellyfish Restaurant is right across the street, Pauls Pizza and Daquri Bar, and The Breakfast Club too. No need to get back in your vehicle until you leave.

Pretty good

Everything inside of the condo was in good condition and was pleasant. They supplied everything you needed when it comes to making food as well. The view of the beach was fantastic, and the location was great because the beach wasn't packed by any means. The only real complaints are, one, the keypad to get into the unit is a little bit finicky, especially on the first button press, and two, the elevator in the building takes forever for the doors to open. If you are a small family of between 2-4 people, it's a perfect place to stay. The area is quiet, there's good restaurants nearby(seriously, try the breakfast club across the street), and the condo is pleasant. If you are planning on spending a lot of time on the beach, this place is perfect.

Loved it!

The condo was clean and view was amazing. The neighborhood restaurants were the best! So convenient to just walk for food/shopping. Our code for the door did not work when we arrived but I called the customer service number and the code was fixed within 5 minutes and worked the rest of the trip without an issue. Would definitely book again.

This place was perfect for me and my 2 small kids. It was clearly recently renovated and done beautifully! The balcony was spacious. The pool was nice, and the beach was just steps away. We had the best time and for a pretty decent price! I have no complaints, not a single one.
