We live in the mountains of East Tennessee and enjoy traveling to Hilton Head Island and owning 2 villas at Brigantine Quarters. We love having our children and grandchildren join us for family vacations and we often bring friends with us for a fabulous time playing golf, tennis, dancing, dining, fishing, shopping, and having lots of beach and pool time. Louise is a Professor of English and Todd is a Ph.D. chemist. We look forward to retirement and spending more time at Brigantine Quarters on Hilton Head Island! Each year as we cross the bridge from the mainland to Hilton Head Island, we enter a special tropical-like paradise! The scenery is lush with green spaces and blooming plants and shade trees. Our villa is privately located in the Shipyard Plantation (near the middle of the island) at the end of Barcelona Road and just a short walk through a private gate to the beach. Brigantine Quarters is a family-friendly community. Our villa is an end unit located on a landscaped lagoon. We have a screened-in porch and a bay window to enjoy the view. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space and privacy for all our guests. You will enjoy your time at this peaceful and private paradise!

The Shipyard Plantation is located near the middle of Hilton Head Island so it is a convenient location and it is just a short walk to the beach. Our villa is an end unit with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms so there is plenty of room and privacy for all your guests. We enjoy the screen porch, the bay window, the fireplace, and the bright breakfast room. We have a tennis court (and pickleball courts), 2 swimming pools (one is heated in Spring and Fall), and a lovely pavilion with comfortable furniture. The internet is free and fast for those who enjoy technology. Our "Spanish Moss" villa is the perfect place for your next vacation!
