Beach view was wonderful. Location was nicely located close to restaurant and grocery stores . Didn't care for odd smell in unit and clothes after washing them had odd smells .

Amazing!

Clean and beautiful (inside and the view). The splash pad was a hit for my 6 year old as well as the outside pool and indoor pool and hot tubs! Friendly staff and security. Felt very safe! Would definitely recommend!!

Nice little place!

Overall the property was very clean and nice. A few things- the shower curtain liner was about 6 inches too long and a borderline safety hazard. The rug in the living room was dirty and dingy, and the furniture all could use some updating. The pull out couch is not suitable for sleeping, and the dust on the fan blades was a quarter inch thick. Besides these few things, the place was nice, clean, well stocked, and had all of the amenities we were needing. Amazing view!!

Spring Break

The check in was very easy. Instructions were simple and seemed obvious the company wanted us to have a nice time. The texting with a real person made it seem more personable. My only complaint was the rug in the living room. It seemed dirty and was personally an eye sore to me. I ended up putting a blanket over it. Also our chest of drawers in the bedroom was missing a drawer. Not a big deal but just made it feel not as nice. We had a great time though! Thank you!

Just What We Expected

We regularly go to the Gulf Shores area for Thanksgiving and The Phoenix IV in Orange Beach met our expectations. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We liked the oversized Grocery type baskets as well as the standard carts for transporting our clothes and supplies. There were a large number of these. The standards for this property are a step above many of the other high rise buildings in this area.

Wonderful location

The listing is exactly as shown in the pics. We had no trouble getting into the unit upon arrival, the first code worked great for us. Our favorite part was the balcony and enjoying the views!

Great location

Very nice & clean. Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Only suggestion: Very uncomfortable furniture and out dated (chair and couch). Rug needed to be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise everything else was very nice.

Some Pros and One Big Con

Pros: Location, cleanliness of unit, unit itself was very nice and comfortable, large pool, splash pad for kids, easy walk to the beach Cons: THE ELEVATOR SITUATION. IT.WAS.HORRIBLE. This unit is on the top (15th) floor, and getting an elevator at peak times was a challenge. This building only has 4 elevators total, which isn't enough, and on top of that one of them was broken. I also overhead another guest say that the same elevator was broken last year, so I don't think they do maintenance at all. Definitely be prepared to wait in long lines to catch an elevator, especially if it's around check-in, check-out, or lunch time coming back from the beach. All in all, we enjoyed our trip, but I would look at other options to stay simply because of the elevator situation.

Weekend getaway

Location is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. Condo was super clean and nice and cool upon arriving. However, our key code did not work, called the number provided to us and the lady was very nice and provided a second key code, which also did not work. We had driven down late afternoon/night so we are trying to get into our room around 1030 at night. Got a call back fairly quick from the property maintenance I believe, who provided a 3rd key code which did work. Parking pass for $55 for one car seems a bit extreme. Other than that, we had a relaxing trip.

Overall good experience, but there were issues

Nice condo but there were issues Your Comments Going into this, I knew there wouldn’t be extra trash bags or paper towels or toilet paper and that was fine, but there weren’t any oven mitts so I had to use a dish towel to get hot pans out of the oven. When I got to the condo the door code didn’t work and neither did the first backup code I was given. My Beach Getaways though was very quick in helping me get another code which did work. The top plug in socket for all of the plug in panels didn’t work, only the bottom one did, so I had to unplug all the lamps and plug them back in to the bottom socket. There was a surge protector so I was able to utilize that in the bedroom so I could plug in my charger for my devices. There was also no hand soap except for the little bars that came with the shower stuff, so I had to buy that as well. There weren’t any scissors to open bags. I used a steak knife for that. Nice bedroom, nice kitchen and living room and deck. Great location. Overall it was a good place to stay. Just be prepared to buy a bunch of stuff.

Very relaxing

Arrived Tuesday afternoon. Most of our time was just spent on the balcony or in the living room with the balcony door open. The waves sounded so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was perfect for us!

Great Location, Needs Updating

We loved the location and the promptness of management to respond, our flight was delayed and we missed a day of our stay and they even offered us an additional day at a discount. The view was great and the beach was gorgeous, I just wish it had been a little updated. I’m thankful I brought along a baby bathtub as I would not have been comfortable bathing the baby in the bathtub, they need a new one. It’s not dirty, but it definitely looks like it is.

Beautiful place and location!

Great restaurants near and Walmart was right down the road. The condo was very clean and the location was ideal! It is on the highest floor (15th) but this was a pro and a con. The only inconvenience we had were the elevators. During peak times of the day, it took up to 20 minutes waiting for an elevator that wasn’t full. Taking the stairs was not an option if you had a luggage cart.

Worst Vacation Ever

There were 2x4’s on the balcony doors locking us in. The construction crew made so much noise being anywhere near the condo was unbearably load. The indoor pool made the whole family sick.
